With a brand new queen sized "Purple" mattress, unit sleeps 2 comfortably in the queen sized bed. We personally bring our toddler and dog, but it gets tight. :)Stay in and use kitchen to cook or choose to leave the low maintenance condo for a fun night out.Guest accessKeypad on door for seamless entry. We will send you the code prior to check in on the day of check in.Access to (2) hot tubs, (2) pools and sauna during on season. One of the sites within 500ft/walking distance of unit, the other within 1 mile if wanting something different. Typical summer season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day for amenities. Winter season is typically based on the ski hill being open which is sometime after Thanksgiving up until the end of March. Ask for more details. The property features hardwood floors, new carpet, stone tile, stone and granite countertops, Whirlpool stainless appliances, wireless internet and a 55' flat panel Smart TV system for your enjoyment. The Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn directly across from the Village Center. This unit comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities. On the entry level you'll find the living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling open to the loft above. There is a small deck off the living room that overlooks a stream that goes into a small pond. There is a gas fireplace, 55' flat Smart TV system in the living area, dining area that seats 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances including a built-in microwave above the flat top electric stove. The Master bedroom is also located on this level and has a Queen bed, flat panel TV/DVD with the bath located just off the Master with an oversize stone tiled shower with sliding glass door.
