We are delighted to offer you a cozy 1-bedroom space, boasting about 10 square meters of comfort within a bright and airy apartment setting. This charming room is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests, providing flexibility with your choice of bedding configuration. Opt for either two single beds measuring 80x200cm each for individual comfort or one spacious double bed measuring 160x200cm for a snug and intimate stay Guests can enjoy the convenience of self-service check-in using a Masterlock system. The bedroom is furnished with either two single beds measuring 80x200cm each or one double bed measuring 160x200cm. Please note that breakfast is not included in the stay. We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience for our guests, ensuring a pleasant stay in our cozy accommodation. Not possible to use the kitchen. Conveniently situated adjacent to the Nieuwe Mark, metro station, accessing the vibrant city and its attractions couldn't be easier. We are offering 1 bedroom only (about 10 square meters) in a centrally located, bright and airy apartment. The room is suited for a maximum of two guests, but if you would like to come with more guests (max 6) i can offer (unless it is already booked) the other 2 room the apartment above. You can choose between 2 singles beds (80x200cm) or 1 double bed (160x200cm). The apartment is located in the city centre, near the "leidseplein" area. You can easily reach all museums, major parks and markets by foot. Please do never feel limited to your room, you can always use the kitchen and its utensils, read some of my books or play a table game in the living room. Beside your room, please feel free to access the toilet. The toilet is used only by you and the host, so apart yourself 1 person more, the host. Not possible to use living room and kitchen (as the local authority requests) I am always available for any questions you have about: the city's attractions, restaurants, going out venues. the apartment it is right in the center in a very alive area, full of bars and restaurant in the night time could be a noisy especially the week end It is very easy to get around the entire city, Amsterdam it is a small city, you can walk anywhere or if you like to be faster you can rent a bike or public transport. without any doubts the easiest way to move around is by bike. We can now rent also a bike during your stay. It is requested a deposit of 100 euro, which is given back when you return the bike. It cost 10 euro a day per bike, if you like to have 2 bicycles, cost 16 euro a day. No smoking inside the whole apartment area.
