Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of borgo Poggioni with 7 houses 10 km from the centre of Portole, 18 km from the centre of Cortona, 25 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, in an elevated position. Private: property 1'500 m2, flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 9 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Camucia-Cortona" 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 45 km, Perugia 50 km, Pienza 65 km, Assisi 85 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. The owner has a dog. 6-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Small living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, kitchen corner and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave). Garden and pool are very well maintained, the host is very friendly but only speaks Italian. The kitchen and accessories were dirty, the cupboards smell. The state of the kitchen was also bad and the kitchen utensils were not sufficient for 9 people. What

Super equipped holiday home. Everything you need. Absolutely quiet location, pure relaxation. Access somewhat adventurous, but manageable. Administrator very, very nice.

PPurpleCathy來到這裏就像到朋友的家中做客，別墅的裝飾具有典型的託斯卡納風格，能看得出主人的品味與心思，別墅餐廳，客廳，庭院温暖而舒適，主人更是熱情而周到！

ZZhengThe hotel is really nice! The room has an old-style charm but is both classy and very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the center of Cortona. It shares the same entrance as Hotel San Michele, so when searching on Google Maps, look for Hotel San Michele instead of Piccolo. The staff are very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early (around 11 am) without any issues. Storing luggage after checkout was also very smooth.

리리뷰어The owner of this bed and breakfast does not speak English, but we communicated easily through google translate. The decor in the room was very lovely and the washroom was very clean. The breakfast room is very lovely, even a menu to order from. I would come back. Thank you!
