The terrace with the great view and the functional kitchen equipment are absolute highlights of this apartment, as well as the quiet location on the edge of nature and the good logistics related to arrival and departure. The service in the agency on site

For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (depth 50 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (15.May. - 30.Sep.), children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Luino" 5 km, shingle beach 900 m. Please note: car recommended. 1-room studio 25 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). 작은 기능적인 아파트. 일부 가구는 매우 낡았지만(어린 시절 휴가를 연상시킵니다) 모든 것이 괜찮고 작동하며 깨끗합니다. 작은 기능적인 주방과 깨끗한 욕실. 비판할 이유가 없습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 뷰가 웅장하다

멋진 전망과 새로운 인테리어를 갖춘 믿을 수 없을 정도로 맛있는 아파트입니다. 수영장과 구내의 작은 레스토랑은 최고 수준이었습니다. 이 별장은 수영장 옆에서 편안한 휴가를 보내기에 이상적입니다. 거실의 소파 베드는 아마도 작은 사람에게 가장 적합할 것입니다.
