Private: property 700 m2, well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 29.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Grocery 2.1 km, supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 1.8 km, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach "Plage du Lividic" 250 m.
