60 km north of Mikkeli, L. Kyyvesi 500 m, (length 40 km, width 10 km) shallow, sandy shore in shared use (deeper muddy), own boat (nr 1920). Wooden cottage 1958, renovated 2019, kitchen/living room convertible sofa bed, bedroom with 120 cm wide bed, bedroom with double bed (width 160 cm), hall, porch. Sauna (electric stove), bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room. Outbuilding in summer use, built in 2004, 16 m², 2 beds, electric heating and electric light, woodshed. There is a boat ramp in the plot, the slope is steep and the best way to launch a boat, is to do it with a four-wheel drive car. You can rent electric outboard from the owner.
