Framed by the grandiose mountain backdrop of the Radstädter Tauern, small, cosy single-family house "Gebhardt", 1'200 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Zederhaus, in a quiet position in the residential district, in the countryside. Private: small garden with lawn and flowers. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Königbauerweg" 30 m. Tennis 2 km, riding stable 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 10 m, mountain railway 16 km, ski bus stop 1 km, sled run, cross country ski track 600 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Mühlenweg Zederhaus 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Großeck - Speiereck 16 km, Katschberg, Flachauwinkel 20 km. Hiking paths: Naturpark Riedingtal & Schlierersee 6 km, niedere Tauern, Ankogelgruppe. Please note: the owner has a dog. 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, simple and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Top floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (flat screen). Small balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. 'Nice owner. Neat house! Furniture a bit dated but fine and everything is there. Lovely bed although part of the duvets was too short. Inventory kitchen, equipment and crockery extensive. CV is wood fired but after getting used to it fine to do. Everything'
