The complex is outfitted with two elevators: one front and center to the complex, the other one at the west end of parking lot. Stairwells are located next to each elevator. A common seating area in the middle of the complex leads out to a sprawling green lawn that runs right up to the ocean where you can watch for feeding turtles, the occasional surfer, and whales depending on the season (the whales visit our island between the months of December- mid-April).
