For shared use: park (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 09:00-12:30 and 15:30-19:30). Outdoor shower. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Public parking 50 m on the road.
