Very nice, clean apartment with a great terrace. Sensational view of the surrounding area. The only negative is the not well-equipped kitchen (only 1 dirty sponge, no washing-up liquid, no garbage bags). Very nice pool.

On the large terrace with beautiful view over the surrounding countryside there is the swimming pool. Not far there is a camping site "Barco Reale" with football pitch, basket and volley ball court which can be used by our clients as well as booking their excursions by bus or hire mountain bikes. Residence "Piccolo Mondo", 380 m a.s.l.. 13 apartments in the property. In the centre of San Baronto 7 km from the centre of Vinci, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, 50 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 16.Sep.). Garden furniture. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bus stop 1 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Montecatini Terme" 20 km.
