Beautiful apartment house "Delvai", 3 storeys. 4 apartments in the property. Above Brenzone 500 m from the centre of Brenzone Magugnano, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. For shared use: property 2'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (11 x 7 m, depth 150 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. 30 m long steep motor access to the house. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 600 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Rovereto" 42 km, ferry "Malcesine - Limone" 8 km, pebble beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Malcesine 8 km, Garda 20 km, Battello "Assenza di Brenzone" 2.5 km. Hiking paths: Monte Baldo 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (included). Residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog. 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: entrance hall with veranda, sliding door with dining table. Living/dining room with satellite TV.
