You can also bring your own boat. Slips up to 70 feet are available.The main area of the home is wide open, with a beautiful view of the marina. The entire home has motorized shades. All the furniture and lighting is from Restoration Hardware. Everything is included from pots & pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, towels, etc. You will be staying in a 100% turn-key home. A water filtration system is installed. The entire home is on a generator. All the sports equipment is included in your stay.You will have access to the entire unit including the roof top lounge area and pool, which is perfect for sunsets. You will also have access to the entire Palm Cay property, including the Palm Cay Beach Club. Wristbands can be picked up at the welcome center for access. The Beach Club charges $20 per person per day for access. Kids under 5 are free. There is a 3 day minimum. I will reimburse your first day Beach Club access fees at the end of your stay.
