Nestled in the quaint suburbs for peace and quiet, but close enough to drive and be at the beach in 15 minutes or 5 minutes from Downtown Daytona! Keypad Check in code will be emailed to guest 8pm the night prior to check-in I give my guests space but am available when needed Local management company to help with any guest needs Intracoastal community minutes from Daytona You will want a car, truck, jeep or motorcycle to get around. Bikes are fun too when the beach is at low tide! You can drive on the beach in Daytona tide permitting so grab a beach pass and see how fun it is to coast on the coast! We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we'd love to hear your suggestions, too. Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don't care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don't mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It's a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It's Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun! Lastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don't know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren't the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We've been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can't wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town. No smoking inside the unit or near unit doors or open windows. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the unit or near unit where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the room will result in eviction without question and a fine of $500 to de-smoke our place for the next guest. This is not covered in the damage waiver protection and would be billed to the card you paid for the rental. Please smoke outside away from the doors. No tampering with fire extinguisher or smoke detector. Pets must always be on leash and be friendly. Aggressive or unleashed pets will not be allowed. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival. No parties No drugs or underage drinking No loud music, cursing or behavior that would make neighbors uncomfortable. Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions SECURITY DEPOSIT. In lieu of a security deposit, at the time of the booking, guest shall be required to purchase rental coverage for the duration of their stay. The guest is held financially responsible for damages to the Rental Property, whether made by themselves, their family, and another guest in their group or invitee. POSSESSION. Guest shall be entitled to possession on the first day of the term of the booking at 3pm (condos) 4pm (houses), and shall yield possession to Manager on the last day of the term of this Booking at 10am, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing and early check-in or late check-out fee paid. At the expiration of the booking, guest shall remove its goods and effects and peaceably yield up the Premises to manager in as good a condition as when delivered to guest. MINIMUM STAY. The guest will be required to pay for the booked dates. Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so by contacting the Manager and paying additional fees if the unit is available for extension and the guest has abided by all rules. USE OF PREMISES/ABSENCES. Guest shall occupy and use the Premises as a dwelling unit. Guest shall notify Manager of any anticipated extended absence from the Premises not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental. Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests booking units that may allow small weddings or similar must notify Manager upon booking, pay additional fees and disclose all requested information to Manager. In the event a guest hosts an agreed up event but does not give accurate information as to the time of the event, number of guests or type of event, booking will be cancelled and guests immediately evicted. Any agreed upon event must be paid no less than 7 days prior to event. Manager has the right to deny any event request for any reason. Guests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property. Local and state regulations can be found on the local public health department website. OCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. All guests over the age of 15 will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID. For properties that allow pets, pets are only allowed if approved by Manager. All pets must be disclosed to Manager within 24 hours of booking, or if booking is less than 24 hours from booking time then at the time of booking. Guest must pay any required pet fees no less than 7 days prior to reservation start. For bookings made within a week of reservation, fee must be paid same day as the reservation is made. Guests must be 25 to book (or the specified minimum age to book as noted on the booking site). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Guests over 25 may not book a property for the use of a group under the age of 25 (ex: a mom or aunt cannot book a unit for a group of high schoolers where the parent or legal guardian will not be present). FURNISHINGS. The unit is completely furnished and stocked. Guest shall return all such items at the end of the stay in a condition as good as existed at the beginning of the booking, normal wear and tear excepted. PROPERTY INSURANCE. Manager and Guest shall each be responsible to maintain appropriate insurance for their respective interests in the Premises and property located on the Premises. Guest shall also maintain any other insurance which Manager may reasonably require for the protection of Manager's interest in the Premises. Guest is responsible for maintaining casualty insurance on its own property. It is recommended that travel or vacation insurance is obtained by the Guest. Manager requires unit insurance coverage purchase at booking. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Guest and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests shall adhere to noise policy and shall interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood/condo. Guest will not be heard using foul language, being rude, arguing or displaying obvious intoxication. Guest will treat property with the same care as if the property was their home and will not hinder normal traffic patterns in the area. Guests will not do anything neither at the unit nor in the neighborhood/building that would cause complaints from neighbors, HOA or Condo Managers or police/code enforcement. Guest will abide by any parking restrictions. CANCELLATIONS. (b) Cancellations from guest will be refunded as described on the booking site used by guest.SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed "outside". Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional Cleaning Fee charges to Guest as Excess Damage Cost and will be charged against the credit card on file. This is a quaint, homey place two minutes from all the action in Daytona Beach, reminiscent of the good ole'days! Clean, comfortable and pet friendly, steal of a deal for an economical vacation in the World's Most Famous Beach. What else can you ask for? There is a 2-night minimum. This property does allow for pets however please confirm number of pets allowed, max weight and make pet fee payments prior to your stay. There is a $25 pet fee per day. Damage Waiver Disclaimer: I. AGREEMENT On behalf of the property manager, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property. Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods. Pet fee is $25 per pet per day, must have pre-approval and must disclose pets upon booking and pay pet fee within two days of booking. This is a non-smoking unit-we don't care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It's Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand. Upon departure if you are able to remove all trash & food items, turn off all lights and leave the thermostat at 78, we would appreciate it!

Guest may cook only in the specific areas set aside by Manager for cooking. No open fires are allowed other than in the grill, outdoor fireplace, or in the stone hearth. The grill must remain in open area, away from trees, house, etc. All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended. CLEANING. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. The cleaning fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by making sure that the dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, disinfected and laundered. The property has been cleaned in accordance with WHO and CDC recommended cleaning and disinfecting standards. HOT TUBS & POOLS. For properties with a Hot Tub or Pool, guest acknowledges, and is fully aware that the hot tub and/or pool can be dangerous and slippery. Injury can be caused by careless acts. The undersigned Guest and their visitors accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and/or pool. No lifeguard on duty pool. Guest will be required to never swim alone and children will always be supervised. Nobody that is unable to swim shall enter the pool or hot tub. No diapers or similar allowed in pool. No glass or food in pool. Glass or food in pool would result in an extra pool cleaning charge to guest. HOLDOVER. If Guest maintains possession of the Premises for any period after the termination of this Booking ("Holdover Period”), Guest shall pay to Manager booking payment(s) during the Holdover Period at a rate equal to the most recent highest-posted rate preceding the Holdover Period. Such holdover shall constitute a month-to-month extension of this Booking. Guest are required to prepay and get reapproval to holdover. CUMULATIVE RIGHTS. The rights of the parties under this Booking are cumulative, and shall not be construed as exclusive unless otherwise required by law. ACCESS BY Manager TO PREMISES. Subject to Guest's consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), Manager shall have the right to enter the Premises to make inspections, provide necessary services, or show the unit to prospective buyers, mortgagees, Guests or workers. However, Manager does not assume any liability for the care or supervision of the Premises while under the possession and of Guest.
