Then you will head into the newly renovated living room with a 65" Roku TV, a sectional and two large seagrass chairs. That will lead into the kitchen with all appliances, a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, blender, 2 full sets of dinnerware, pots/pans, bbq set, knife block, loaded spice rack, wine opener, plenty of plates, bowls, drink glasses and more!Once you grab your cup a coffee or glass of wine, take a seat in the dining area/breakfast nook or in the back sitting room which has a large sliding glass door that looks out to back yard full of beautiful flowers and plants! This room features Murphy cabinet with a comfortable queen pull out bed. This is also where the backdoor is located to go out to the paved patio featuring patio furniture, a propane fire pit, dining table with an umbrella!Off of the back room is the garage which features a washer, dryer.
