Dishonest. Do not disclose the full pet fee until after you have checked in. It is considerably more than they say it is. It’s almost the cost of another night stay. When I asked the manager about this, he said “this is America.” My dad is a US vet and this is how he was treated. We ended up canceling 2 rooms and going to a different hotel altogether. They lost out on two nights/two rooms plus dinner at the Hotel restaurant when they could’ve just reimbursed us the additional fees. They do not have a good business here apparently, on top of being dishonest

Weather was great! Anglers Lodge was nothing outstanding, but it was clean and convenient to golf and the resort. It's a little pricy but because it's a resort property allows advance tee times. The cancellation policy, 21 days, is a bit extreme. We had 8 rooms reserved and 2 from our group tested positive for Covid on the day before travel and we had to literally argue for 3 days to get an agreement to cancel and only pay for one of the 4 nights reservation.

This was a really great place to stay right outside of Branson, MO Love the homey decor. Fresh, clean rooms. Very neat & tidy. Beds were comfy and cozy. Wish we had more time to stay. Appreciate it being pet friendly. Plenty of spacious parking. All staff encountered were very nice & friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Price was comparable to other hotels. Surrounding area felt safe. It's tucked up on a hill on outskirts of town.

Great hotel! Friendly stay, cozy cottage vibes, and the rooms and lobby are very nice and clean. It's nice to have the Big Cedar Lodge feel without paying the Big Cedar Lodge pricing, and getting the perks of it too! We stayed here for a golfing trip for my husband, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Promised a refunded pet fee (pet did not stay as a result of lodge policy never communicated to us). Never received the refund. Had to make last minute arrangements at considerable cost. We were there for golf, which was great but the hotel knew that's why we were there and did not tell us the dog could not be left unaccompanied in the room. Eventually received a call from a reservation supervisor who promised the refund to our card on file but it never came. Needless to say if you travel with a pet and want to play golf at Big Cedar be warned!

Very clean and very friendly work force! One of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had in a long time. The decorations thru out the facility and in the room were way cool. I would recommend this place!

This is our second time staying at The Angler’s Lodge, and they did not disappoint! Zee at the front desk was so kind and hospitable. Sophie, one of the housekeepers, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the location is so convenient to Branson/Big Cedar/Top of the Rock. There’s also a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, and several fast food areas all within a mile of the hotel. Anytime we come to this area, we’ll always book here at The Angler’s Lodge in Hollister.

We had our Arvest Bank Christmas party at Big Cesar. We appreciated you working with Arvest to secure rooms for associates. The shuttle from Anglers to Big Cesar & back just topped off the evening! Thanks for a great stay & experience! We had a great time.
