This home is second row with private beach access. Incredible sunrises and ocean views from huge covered front porch. Beautiful fenced and gated private pool surrounded by palm trees, shaded area, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water and separated dressing area. Gas Grill, Deck chairs, picnic table. The back covered porch overlooks the pool and does have a safety gate to protect the little ones from the steps and the pool. Relax and enjoy. The Kitchen with an ocean view makes cooking & clean up easy. it is fully stocked with everything you should need including a crock pot, blender, drip coffee pot, Keurig Kcup maker, toaster, plenty of dishes, glasses, flat wear, cooking tools, pots and pans etc., some basic spices. Kitchen towels. The Living Area is very open and spacious and family friendly. It actually has two 65” Smart TV’s (Great for the sports fans or gamers). Dining table seats 6 and the island 3 or 4. There is also a dining table on the front porch seating 6. Enjoy the view from inside or outside. You may even get a chance to view a rocket launch over the ocean from the front porch. And sometimes maybe a deer or two will show up. There is covered parking under the house. We have been traveling to Holden for seven summers. This was by far our favorite home and experience! Communication and attentiveness from the owner, cleanliness of the home, location, pool, overall stay. Ten out of ten with no complaints! If not for needing more bedrooms next year due to additional family members joining us, we would have already reserved this home for Summer 26’!

Everything was new and clean. The whole family loved the house, the location, and even the furnishing and decor. I never have any problems, but George was very responsive with the few questions I had. If you have a smaller sized group, I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Simple and Sweet It has all of the supplies you could ask for! Very well thought out and stocked. Very clean and organized! Great ocean breeze on the front porch. Private pool with plenty of seating. Close stroll to the beach, which was spacious and never over crowded!

Great Spring Break The house was more than equipped with everything we needed. George was awesome to communicate with. Beautiful, new home!! The pool was great and access to the beach was perfect even with a toddler. Will definitely be back!

Second year in a row We stayed at this location in 2023 and we liked it so much we booked it again for 2024. We've been going to the beach for 30+ years and typically a house shows its age each year, but not this place. It still seems brand new. All the furniture is comfortable, the appliances work, plenty of cookware, great pool. Unfortunately we were there during Debby so didn't get out much, but the owner George was able to drain the pool a bit ahead of the storm and then he checked the chemicals after the storm had passed so we were able to swim. The neighboring pools did not do as well. We will hopefully be booking this place again next year.

Great place to relax The house was presented to a very high standard. The location and access to the beach was excellent. The house has dual aspect with verandas on both sides which is great at different times of the day. The pool area was clean and is an excellent alternative to the beach to soak in the sun. The owner was very responsive to our requests and this made the whole stay very enjoyable.
