리베리나 호텔(Riverina Hotel)

Having hit a discarded lump of metal on the M80 motorway coming out of Melbourne, I was delayed by four hours to get the bent wheel rim repaired and a new tyre. I checked in at 930pm. I let the hotel know early in the afternoon and there was no problem. Actually Thursdays they are open until between 10-11pm. The reception service is perfect: friendly, helpful and clear instructions. The access by stairs could be an issue for some. The queen bed room was clean, very comfortable firm mattress and fresh new linen. There is no sink in the bedroom so water for the kettle (in a hallway tea and coffee counter) had to be obtained from the shared bathroom (no so hygienic) and this sink also used for washing any cups. Plenty of clean bath mats in the bathroom. Lots of hot water for the shower and great pressure. Very comfortable stay after an unpleasant, tiring day on the road. Definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice customer service and great place to stay at

The party group was out of control last night and few drunk kids were still running around until early morning around 6 a.m. discrimination and attacking behaviour. Horrible experience and also customer service experience. I was calling the hotel in terms of the dining option and the accommodation in the afternoon. The girl was not very accommodating. This hotel does not have the strategy to resolve this issue.

Nice hotel in a small town. Worth to try.

Good old fashion pub. Comfortable and met our needs. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Resolved a booking issue at no extra cost. Good restaurant meals. Would happily stay there again.

Friendliness of staff and publican. It is old but a comfy bed and lovely crispy cotton sheets. It had air con & a tv and a bonus was I was very close to the shower & toilet.

A necessary stop over stay, cheap but not that clean unfortunately. Lots of bugs due to no fly screens and everything being open. Shared bathrooms, two but no bath (or deep soak bath) as advertised. Lovely staff, but a little slow on food. Genuine, well intentioned hospitality but not a luxurious stay. I felt pretty safe and well looked after though, just wished it was a little cleaner to be honest.

Clean, basic room. Might need to reword the description of the bathroom situation, since it's not clear that the bathroom is external to the room and are shared with other units. Otherwise a good budget option.
