Wunderbar! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - fantastisches Zimmer, tolle Anlage, reiches Frühstück, sehr entspannender SpaBereich, Sauna war angenehm leer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Falkenstein Grand. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views over Frankfurt and the surrounding hills—perfect for a quiet getaway just outside the city. The heated outdoor pool was definitely a highlight! It’s beautifully maintained and a great place to unwind at any time of day. The spa facilities were also excellent and very clean. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, we felt very well taken care of. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection and was served in a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay with great service and wellness facilities.

Family lunch on the terrace was booked. No table prepared upon arrival. After main course was served, our waiter completly dissapeared. We collected our empty plates ourselves as after 30 minutes plus we felt it was time. Finally other staff arrived we asked for desert menu's asked what ice cream they had and other deserts - They didn't know said they would find out, but didn't return. We left without desert and coffee. Very disappointing! No restaurant management to be seen, grossly under trained staff. For a five star "grand" experience go somewhere else!

We stayed for 2 nights as a party of 7 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The hotel was exceptional at getting little touches in place before we arrived. They honored our titanium members by upgrading our room and the overall service was wonderful. As a 3 generation travel party my kids loved the zip line in the playground and the pool. My parents found their suite perfect and complimented the breakfast buffet as one of the best. Having never stayed before I was apprehensive about booking for such a major anniversary but the Falkenstein grand delivered a once in a lifetime stay for my family. We will definitely be back. This was the 2nd stop on our cross Europe trip from Brussels to Vienna and my girls where extremely disappointed our return route did not take us back to stay again.

Falkenstein Grand is part of Marriott's autograph collection and tucked away in the Taunus mountains outside Frankfurt. It is about a 30-minute drive from the airport, FRA. The hotel is on the mountain slope in the village of Köningstein. The lobby area is in the main building out of the seven that makes up the hotel, and the other buildings are connected with underground tunnels unless you fancy a walk outside. There is also the bar and restaurant in the main building. The hotel has a full service spa with a nice array of treatments and a good size gym as well as an outdoor heated pool. The rooms are big but modern and the size and decor bring to life the turn of the century when the hotel was built. Both service and food are excellent, and whilst a little of the beaten track, it is well worth a detour for a few days relaxation.

I stayed in the hotel because my company hosted a meeting here. I was here for 6 nights and experienced a lot of what the hotel offered and overall really liked the hotel. My room was located in the main building (building 4) and was large and newly renovated. The weather was very very unseasonably warm the week I was there and there is limited to no air conditioning in the hotel and other facilities. I was told my room didn’t have AC but it was cool and comfortable. Beds and linens were super comfortable. I enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. Something for everyone and very well done. The views from the outside patio was beautiful. Lunch that was offered in the restaurant was also delicious. Our meeting at the hotel was also generally good. None of the meeting rooms in the main hotel building had AC. Our meetings were in the Ascara Spa building and those were newer. Alexandra from the front desk was outstanding. She was gracious about my lack of German and had great recommendations for restaurants and was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful experience.
