Located in a convenient, safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood, but just one block to Washington street with all the restaurants and shops to enjoy. Only 10 min to Manhattan via Path (10 min walk to Path), or bus (1 block away). Please note, each bedroom is located on a different level. The 2nd floor bedroom can be accessed by an interior spiral staircase from the 1st floor living room, or from the stairs on the exterior hallway. The top of the spiral stairs have a heavy curtain (no actual door) for darkening and privacy from the first floor (please refer to the pictures in the listing). The ground level bedroom is down 4 steps from the main floor. We use comforters with Duvet covers for our beds, top sheets are also available for use. All devices record when motion and/or sound is detected and are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. ★ NOISE MONITORING DEVICE★ In order to prevent parties and our neighbors from excessive noise we have a noise monitoring device on the premises. The device cannot “listen” to your conversations, only monitors the decibel level. ★ EXTRA GUESTS★ The nightly rate accommodates up to 5 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 7.
