Нам тут очень понравилось. Красивый отель, эстетичный бар, немного вид из окна разочаровывал, на болото, но такое расположение.. до центра там кока, где все кафешки 5 минут на байке. Персонал решал любые вопросы, очень гостеприимное место!
Бесплатно сауна и джакузи. Завтрак хороший. Дали хороший новый байк нам в аренду.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with stunning scenery, gardens, lotus plant filled ponds surrounding. The hotel team couldn’t do enough to make our stay very comfortable, answering all our questions and helping book extra travel around the stunning Ninh Binh area. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return one day ❤️

This is a fantastic spot in Ninh Binh, perfectly located to be within close proximity from many of the sites, but quiet enough for you to be away from the traffic and hustle/bustle. The rooms are great, quiet and comfortably set up. The restaurant is basic but has great food, and hanging out by the pool with a few beers is a great way to spend a few days. Get out and about by simply walking out the gate, or rent a bike/cycle and see everything you need. A lovely little family run business. Excellent service and a really great place to stay.

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

One of the best Hotel in Vietnam . Not beacuse of concrete and finishing , because of The Reed people .. Awesome stay . Special thanks to quen for such a fantastic international skills and communication. The breakfast spread was great . We were greeted so well with early checkin around 12 .

리리뷰어We had a great stay at Limestone View. The hosts Dzung and Dep were very kind and helpful. The room was large and clean, wifi provided and a great fresh cooked breakfast each morning with fresh fruit and juice and Vietnamese coffee. Dzung made sure our family was very well looked after, helping with all aspects of our time in Ninh Binh. We were able to use bikes and rode to all tourist locations with Dzung’s helpful map and guidance. Dzung organised private transfers for us which were very comfortable and reasonably priced. There is a roof top pool which would be good in summer (but the weather was too cold to swim in December). We would recommend staying here!

I'm not going to lie, when we first checked in here I was extremely skeptical as our initial room was not up to par. After going back and forth with my Husband on whether or not to move to another spot we decided to give it a chance and asked to switch rooms instead. The Woman (I am so sad/sorry I did not get her name and will lovingly refer to her as Boss Lady) at the desk heard our concerns and immediately got us switched over to another room that was WAY better. Long story short, out of our 2 weeks in Vietnam (luxury hotels and otherwise) I think this was our favorite stay. Our best breakfast in Vietnam was here. It was delicious and made me feel like it was made with love and that brightened my spirits. Boss Lady helped me make a perfect 2 day itinerary in the region and helped me avoid some pitfalls. She also recommended an amazing massage spot. I felt like she was a trusted friend. Boss Lady and her family made our stay magical. I booked this homestay after a recommendation from Lilly at Grand Hotel Du Lac in Hanoi. I'm so happy we took her advice. We loved this homestay and can't wait to return.

리리뷰어There are 5 rooms. We'd originally booked the largest, but found it was right next to the pool and all guests had to walk past the only window. The other rooms (as far as I could tell) are all the same layout with a bed hard up against one wall. For an older couple it makes getting up in the night awkward. The bed is very hard. There is a kettle and fridge but no cups or Tea/Coffee/Water. These are relatively trivial and could be easily remedied. On the positive side, the brother and sister who run it are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is great and the on-site restaurant good. The pool is fantastic and spotlessly clean. They have free bikes for use and very cheap scooter hire. The location is excellent and near other places to eat. 10 minute cycle to Trang An boats and Mua cave Lookout.

From before we arrived the receptionist was messaging asking for our time of arrival what our plans are and suggesting things to do! ☺️ Our washing was done so fast and they also organised a bike for us. Breakfast was lovely and while we were waiting for our bus when we were leaving we were given free refreshments and then a lift into town from the lady for free which she didn’t need to do! Thank you for looking after us so well.

이이보경인테리어 아름답습니다. 천정이 조금 낮아서 로비가 약간 번잡하게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 4.5성급 정도라 보여집니다. 유지하는게 어려운 문제 같습니다. 청소는 재교육이 필요해 보입니다.

조식부페는 적당합니다. 가짓수 많지 않고 비싼 식재료 없지만 맛있고 신선해서 저는 그편이 좋았습니다.
수영장 작아도 시설 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만, 고객들에게 입수 전 샤워 안내가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다.
헬스장 시설 나쁘지 않은데, 역시 청소가 많이 미흡합니다. 이용객이 많지 않아 평소 에어컨을 끄고 문을 여는 모양인데 그러다보니 먼지가 좀 앉아 있습니다. 곤충도 가끔 보이고요. 창이 크게 있어서 창 밖 풀만 좀 정리해 주면 뷰가 좋을 것 같습니다.
제가 묵은 7층 방에서 산 전망이 아주 예뻤고, 침대 푹신하고 시트 깨끗했고, 욕조 있어요. 화장실 문 꼭 닫히는 형, 욕조 창 로만쉐이드 있음.
청소 상태는 역시 미흡합니다.
2층 라운지 운영이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 야외 바 운영한다는데, 더운 여름 날에는 이용 불가입니다.
룸서비스 안 먹어봤지만 가격 저렴하고, 레스토랑에서 염소고기볶음 시켜봤는데, 제 입맛에는 레몬그라스가 지나치게 많았지만 양 푸짐하고 맛있었습니다.
The interior is beautiful. The ceiling is a bit low so the lobby can be felt a bit crowded. It looks 4.5 star level hotel to me. It seems to have a difficulty in maintaining. Cleaning seems to require retraining.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is decent. There are not many kinds and there are not expensive ingredients, but they are delicious and fresh, so I liked that way more.
Although the swimming pool is small, the facilities are not bad. However, it was a little disappointing that there were no shower instructions for customers before entering the pool.
The gym facilities are not bad, but the cleanliness is also very poor. There aren't many users, so it seems like they usually turn off the air conditioner and open the door, but that's why there's a bit of dust sitting there. Insects are also occasionally seen. There is a large window, so if you tidy up the grass outside the window, the view will be good.
The mountain view from the room I stayed on the 7th floor was very pretty, the bed was soft, the sheets were clean, and there was a bathtub. The bathroom door closes tightly, and the bathtub window has a Roman shade.
The cleanliness is also poor.
It was a little disappointing that there was no lounge on the 2nd floor. There is an outdoor bar, but it is difficult to sit outside on hot summer days.
I haven't tried room service, but the price is really good. I tried the goat meat stir-fry at the restauran. The amount generous and tastes delicious even though there was too much lemongrass for my taste.

리리뷰어We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Ninh Binh and were able to see so much of the area in just one day. The location of the home stay was super for this and we were also delighted that the staff were helpful in arranging transport to the train station and Trang An. Until we came to leave, we would have been comfortable leaving a 3 or 4 out of 5 rating. We were however made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the man who oversaw our stay, as he began hassling us to leave a review before we had had breakfast. This intensified when we returned from our day out; we were obliged to leave a review before he would drive us to the station (which we had already paid him for). We left a generous review on *********** (averaged at 8.0/10) which did highlighted the one area we felt was lacking - the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The man then proceeded to drive incredibly unsafely (including at points driving without holding the steering wheel, across two lanes in relatively busy traffic and far slower than the rest of the traffic) whilst using his phone to translate his haranguing of us about our review, eventually resulting in us having to speak to his boss on the phone about why we hadn’t left a 10/10 review. The entire interaction left us feeling distinctly uncomfortable and spoiled the end of our trip. We were relieved to get out of the vehicle, even though it was not in the drop-off location we had agreed.
