U get what you pay for. The only reason I will downgrade the review is because it took half an hour to check in after a tiring flight. Staff did not know my booking. Had to call trip.com customer service. Staff doesn't speak English which is NOT a problem, but open checking his email and platforms lo and behold he found the email with my booking name on it and i already paid. If he received that email, why he did not know I was coming? Why did I have to endure the stress multiplied with the language barrier? And to end that, he was still asking my passport. I insisted I already paid why do u want to keep my passport? Instead of the usual check in where I say "hi", he gets my passport, and off in 1 minute, this took a drama. Besides that encounter, everything is as expected: wifi, hot water, etc.
