The breakfast on Sunday 22nd June was terrible, it was self service from watery scrambled egg, bacon swimming in grease and the other items not very appetising. When I asked for fried egg, was told no, there was no bread ,when I asked for some, reluctantly a loaf still in its bag appeared straight from the fridge . The first morning breakfast was fine ,waitress service. Loud music with a continously thumping beat was heard directly under our r

Lovely building in a nice countryside location, staff were all lovely and the location was convenient for us, I think if you relied on public transport you might struggle but if you've got a car, it's within fairly easy reach of lots of beautiful locations. Ideal spot for hiking etc as well if you like that sort of thing. Nothing really to report, everything was great. We didn't happen to eat there on this occasion so I can't comment on the food service.

Lovely hotel, reasonable price, big room, nice and quiet, friendly staff. Restaurant reasonably priced with friendly service. Well placed for walking in the Four Waterfalls area. We would definitely stay there again.

Visited Ty Newydd for afternoon tea which was really enjoyable. Lovely choice of fresh sandwiches, warm savoury items and a great mix of delicious cakes and scones with jam and cream. Friendly welcoming service from the staff made it an lovely experience.

Had our wedding here on Sunday it was absolutely perfect 😊 Gemma decorated the room exactly how we wanted it the whole day was amazing and she checked with us before anything was done. The staff all worked hard throughout the day and the food was amazing. The bridal suite was very spacious my only criticism is it’s a little bit dated but that’s didn’t spoil our stay. It was way too warm in the room so make sure you have a fan. The housekeeping ladies do a fantastic job and are a credit to the team they couldnt do enough for us and were very helpful thank you to you all your made our day special 🥰

Location is perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons. We had a lovely spacious comfortable suite, staff were friendly polite and helpful, we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant too. Our two night stay in the accommodation and food in the restaurant were good value for money.

This is a beautiful hotel in the stunning Welsh countryside. The grounds are stunning and very picturesque. Lovely rooms and the food in the restaurant is very nice too. Very welcoming friendly staff as well. Id definitely love to stay again.
