What a beautiful piece of paradise! We were picked up outside airport by boat and taken to this small private island. I believe there are only six bungalows on this small motu. Max welcomes you, manages and is an amazing French chef. Food was heavy but delicious. There is a beautiful shallow lagoon around most of the island. Sometimes too shallow for snorkeling but great for kayaking and paddle boarding both available to guests. We did a day trip to Tahaa coral gardens, diving with sharks, black pearl farm , rum distilliary and vanilla bean plantation. I imagine you can customize. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Homemade jam with amazing croissants for breakfast. As well as excellent cocktails at sunset. Bungalows are lovely and large. No AC but open doors on water and ceiling fan allow a great cross breeze. Beautiful bathrooms. I would strongly recommend.

My stay here was just what I was looking for. Quiet, solitude, and total paradise. Max the host was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The food was great, beds were comfortable, and the bungalows were spacious. The view from my bungalow was 10 out if 10. The water there is unreal. Shallow lagoon all around the small island was teeming with marine life. Including black tip sharks in the morning, rays, and I even saw a giant moray eel and octopus. So cool! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to unplug this is hard to beat. If you’re looking for nightlife and more activities you’re better off staying at a large resort. But they had paddle boards and kayaks which was great. Too shallow to do much swimming but there were day excursions that you could plan for snorkeling and a trip to the Tahitian pearl and vanilla farm. Amazing! I’ll definitely go back

We had a blissful three days here enjoying the peace and beauty of a tropical lagoon. We are an older couple and not confident swimmers so we found the best way of exploring was by kayak. Other guests ventured out further for snorkelling, but around the island it is a bit shallow. There are all sorts of trips you can take but having found a piece of paradise we saw no need to go anywhere! We did find a nice swimming/wallowing depth area around the umbrella point. The beauty of the resort is that it is not a hotel as described in detail by Kelly a month ago. Endorse everything she said. We found ceiling fans and the tropical breeze quite adequate. Food is delicious and dinner depends on what Max has caught from the lagoon that day. Dorianne is a delight and her homemade breakfast jams delicious. Zizi(?) the other cook also gives a great massage. Scrupulous attention is paid to guests health and welfare. I have dietary needs and I got prompt and helpful replies by email in advance of arrival. For us 3 days was about right ( it is a very small island, but that is the attraction)

Great place to relax and Enjoy sea life. The people who take care of the place are really incredible. The lady is very nice and helpful. The man is an extraordinary cook. I Will recomend this place to anyone and we will come back for sure.

The island is beautiful and immaculate. The few bungalows are sufficiently spread out that it feels secluded and private. The lagoon is beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They arranged a nice boat trip for us and were able to switch to a car tour of the island at the last minute because the conditions were very windy. Hard to ask for more.

Hôtel de Robinson crusoe Hôtel atypique disposant de seulement 5 bungalow avec accès direct sur le lagon. Le service est hyper personnalisé et le personnel est au petit soin à tout instant. Maxime a la réception s’occupe de tout, de l arrivée au départ et est disponible tout le temps. La chef fait du sur-mesure en fonction des goûts de chacun et ne cuisine que des produits frais.
