Sehr gute Lage mit Zugang zu verschiedenen Liften und dem Postbus, im Oktober über eine Karte des Hotels alles kostenfrei nutzbar. Fahrräder vergleichsweise günstig im Hotel mietbar. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, von Empfang über das Restaurant und die übrigen Servicekräfte. Sehr schöner und sauberer Spabereich, von der Größe her absolut ausreichend für Saunagänge nach dem Wandern. Tolle Gerichte am Abend und ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet morgens. Im Oktober war auch in den verschiedenen Wandergebieten noch immer mindestens eine Hütte geöffnet. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der überwachten Tiefgarage. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub in einem Hotel zum wohlfühlen.

Tolles Hotel, sehr stylisch. Bei schlechtem Wetter oder nach den Aktivitäten bietet der Wellnessbereich die Möglichkeit zur Entspannung und Erholung. Äpfel und Säfte sind immer vorhanden, wie auch Handtücher und ausreichend Liegeflächen. Das Appartement war perfekt ausgestattet, sodass wir trotz Halbpension Lust hatten, die gefundenen Steinpilze zu verkochen (Induktionsherd, Messer, die auch schneiden, schönes Geschirr.....). TG ist inkludiert. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Für Biker sind die Räumlichkeiten/Stellflächen nicht optimal bzw darauf ausgerichtet. Zwar gibt's eine Waschanlage und man kann die Räder in der TG abstellen, allerdings ohne zugeordnete Stellflächen und ohne Ständer; Lademöglichkeit für e-Bikes mittels Kabeltrommel möglich, dafür muss man die Räder allerdings etwas "schlichten" und blockiert damit einen Parkplatz für e-Fahrzeuge. Das Essen war qualitativ sehr hochwertig, abwechslungsreich und äußerst kreativ. Die Teller waren auch ein Augenschmaus. Allerdings waren die Portionen für sportliche und entsprechend hungrige jugendliche Burschen überschaubar. Dank des großen Kühlschranks im Appartement konnte das kompensiert werden. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!

The hotel has a great location for outdoor enthusiasts, very close to cable cars leading to two different hills. The Joker Card is included and can be used twice per day for bikes as well as passengers, however you need to register through an app first. There is no bike storage or changing room, but there is an outdoor bike wash, and bikes can also be rented directly from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with many options and a great juice maker. However, during the last 20 minutes of breakfast time, items like yogurt or oranges are often missing and not refilled. It can also get crowded at peak hours, and sometimes you may have to wait for a free table. In contrast, the dinner buffet is quite limited. Only a small salad bar, bread is not always available or refilled, butter is offered only to some tables and we only got it one evening. A selection of cheeses, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes would make a big improvement. The staff are friendly and fast, but there seem to be too few of them for the size of the hotel. The spa area is pleasant, with an outdoor sauna and nice relaxation spaces, but it could be cleaned more regularly, it seems there is no staff member constantly maintaining it. However, charging 25 € per person to access the spa on the last day feels excessive. The rooms are very comfortable, with beautiful views and balconies, plus a small kitchen and coffee machine, which is a great bonus. Overall, this is a nice 4-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star superior. However, the price–performance is reasonable.

Upfront. Avoid this place. The Glemm is a new hotel (it’s not really a hotel) it has a prime place and looks impressive from outside. These impressions continue inside. High quality fittings and great views of the valley. The suites are practical but the bathrooms are tiny. If you use the sink you have to close the door and if someone enters you will be knocked by the door. The sauna in the bathroom is a neat feature. Beds are comfy and the views again are a highlight. The pool is small to medium size but nice although if the hotel is busy this could be a pain. A very nice sauna area also is connected to the spa area. This however is not the problem. It’s the staff. Oh my I have never came across such rude, arrogant unfriendly staff ever. Motivation is clearly a massive issue. The staff give you an impression they do not enjoy what they do. It started on arrival. There are zero concierge services. No help with bags or even a fretting despite 4 people sat around the check in area. Not even a hello. The lady that checked me in was probably the most polite staff member I came across. After that it went down hill rapidly. The hotel has a complex design so you would think a guide to the room would happen. Nope and certainly no help with luggage. You are on your own here. The breakfast room is a real area this hotel requires some leadership. The staff will make you feel depressed and the negative feeling is clear to be seen. Asking for anything is dismissed with a rolling of the eyes and a why are you bothering me look. Really really bad and made me feel very uncomfortable. Flies at breakfast is also a problem. This surprised me. A hotel is not just a building. It is about hospitality and this place has zero. To sum it up as a guest it feels like you are treated as an unfortunate inconvenience. You may as well find an Airbnb. I would suggest you look at the thomsn alpine rock hotel. I had dinner there and the vibe is much more advanced sophisticated and guest friendly. The investment group that paid for this place should seek a new staffing agency as soon as possible. It will effect ROI. Lastly, There is no leadership/management presence so I assume the above problems will prevail.

The hotel was really nice, clean and the staff friendly. At dinner there were sometimes long waiting times, they kept running out of food and drinks (beer, asparagus,butter, etc.) and it took them a couple of days to have them available again. Also the menu is the same for the whole season and the meat were one time well overcooked and way to chewy. All in all, we had a positive experience. As I said the staff was super friendly. I had one of the best massages ever (however it was finished 5 mins too early).
