Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is 0.2 miles from the beach and is approximately a 6-8 minute walk to Folly Field Beach Access on paved walking/biking path. The Beach Boardwalk access is new for 2024! Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our island. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. You have made a great choice to stay at our Villa. That being said we are on the main level ( no steps) and their is a separate Villa directly above ours.
