In fact, the pool can be heated for an additional $75 a night. The screened-in lanai is equipped with outdoor furniture, a ceiling fan and a TV. Additionally, the backyard has over 1.5 acres of land that can accommodate any type of outside activity such as a game of kickball or tag! Inside entertainment includes a Pool Table, Arcade Machine (with 7 different arcade games), and over 7 Large Flat Screen Smart TVs.
