I confirmed my reservation, our plane was delayed so we were exhausted when we reached the hotel. The night clerk informed us the hotel overbooked and she didn’t have our room. She stated, “the computers were down, and they had lots of issues”. We prepaid our room, and I insisted it was 1a.m. We had no other place to go “. She finally “found” a room!!!! This was not what a would expect as my welcome to the Marriott!!!! I was extremely tired and very disappointed…next morning I went to get coffee, given Luke warm coffee, when I said the coffee was not hot I was directed to a microwave!!
I have stayed here several times before, this was not very welcoming!!!! Please respond!!
