The Estate is an over 6,000 sf magnificent lake front vacation house with breathtaking sunrise views over Lake Istokpoga. Nestled near Lake Placid, FL. This vacation home rests on 4 +/- acres, secluded at the end of the road. Surrounded by lush landscape, a bright green sprawling lawn, majestic trees, a peaceful pond, a gorgeous lake and ample type of birds& Ospreys.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Please make sure pets will not go & sleep on beds.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Please make sure kids are supervise at all times...About customRules:Missing TV fire stick will be replaced at the guest's expense of $50. On check out day, please place control in ea. correct room. Thank you.Please NO dogs on beds.
