We stayed overnight here on our way back from a friend’s birthday party. We went to check in around 11 pm and no one at the reception said we need to register car before going to the room. We got a parking ticket yesterday for parking at the car park. If you are doing this please make sure you ask your guests before they check in that they need to register their car registration! Totally disappointed with premier inn. I will not stay at premier inn again.

Hotel was perfect. Weather was very hot. Could have done with air conditioning. The fan in the room was just about adequate.

Horrible nights stay. But fantastic breakfast. The room was so hot. 35'c plus all night. Couldn't sleep because of how hot it was. No aircon, had a fan that was useless. Asked to be changed to another room but was told they were fully booked so no. Spoke to the manager in the morning. Said about this good night guarantee. Explain about everything but told me to call customer services. I called and they said that the temperature of the room is not in the guarantee so no partial or full refund. Basically had to swallow the cost even thought we had no sleep because of the heat. Even the head house keeper and other cleaners said we were put in the hottest room in the hotel. So they knew before we did. Very unhappy. They were happy to refund the breakfast that we paid for but the breakfast was lovely. It was the night stay that was a shambles. Never using premier inn again. Once they get your money, if you have a genuine reason for being unhappy. Forget about complaining. Lost our custom forever now.

The room didn’t smell pleasant and wasn’t in a particularly good state compared with the normal standard of Premier Inn. The window catch was broken which did not help with the very hot weather and the fact the window opened on to the trees and could not be held on a catch. Two nights of having to have noisy fan on and not much sleep at all. The bathroom needed attention and the damp and mould was clearly a problem. There were a few hairs on the linen. When going for breakfast coffee machine did not work, the cups and glasses where dirty I picked up two cups and there was still drink stains in there. The glasses looked awful got a decent one after the tenth try. So below standard for this brand.

After having trouble connecting to the wifi the staff was very helpful. They changed my room over and offered to help with my luggage too. Very pleased.

Beware no AC, it was unbearable, not able to sleep. Although a fan was provided it didn't help. Read small print. Room was clean.
