Room was great. Pool water was cold but the spa was good temp. Main complaint is that the weekend breakfast hours are 6 to 8:00 a.m. and they stopped replenishing hot food at 7:45 a.m. We'd paid extra for this hotel because of the advertised hot breakfast, and then I didn't even get hot food because the eggs and bacon were gone early.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly, professional, and there to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is tasty. Many choices and the rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. The showers are great. You can’t go wrong here my go to place.

IFirst I must say we are Diamond members with Best Western and have stayed at many Best Western properties. This one we found disappointing especially since this is supposed to be a Best Western Plus. Our first issue was when we walked in the front doors, we were't greeted and thanked for being BW Diamond members. We alo didn't recieve any bottles of water which we're supposed to as Diamond members. The girl at the desk acted like it was an imposition to check us in and spoke so softly I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. When we got to our room immediately I saw the TV screeen was copletely smeared with some type of cleaner residue. It was bad enough you couldn't watch it. I had to get a towel damp and clean it off. My wife then found the counter in front of the microwave and coffee maker all sticky with somewthing so we had to clean that too. The room was poorly arranged, the bed was positioned barely 2 feet from the AC/heat unit. So the person on that side of the bed had a stiff breeze of cold air blowing directly on them all night. That said the bed itself was pretty comfortable. Also the chair in our room wasn't very clean. The breakfast was on par with other Best Westerns with the usual waffles, scrambled egg product, various cerals, etc. Overall our stay was just adequate, though not up to the standards we expect from a Best Western Plus. If in the area again I would choose a hotel somewhere else in eastern Kansas or western Missouri.

Room was average, the AC ran great, Halls and stairwells were always dirty. The elevator was broken the entire stay, 5-days, Told that it's been broke for a long time with no end in site for getting it repaired. Plan to lug all of your stuff upstairs without assistance.

I’ve been traveling cross country month of July on my Road glide, found this BW at the end of one day, very comfortable, to much to food in the area but did get a good lead from front desk, turned out great, good food & cold beverages, just what I needed, so if you’re in town try the country cabin restaurant, couple miles from town.
