나는 일 때문에이 호텔에 여러 번 머물렀고 매번 만족했습니다. 체크인 및 체크 아웃의 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침대는 편안했습니다. 그들은 종이가 얇은 종류가 아닌 멋진 수건을 가지고있었습니다. 넓고 좋은 방.

This Ramada hotel is THE PITS!! The ONLY POSITIVE thing is a very comfortable bed! Once you enter the hotel it is obvious that it is OLD and needs SERIOUS UPDATING!! We stayed here just one night - and that was enough! The Pool and Hot Tub were CLOSED! The bathroom faucet at the sink was EXTREMELY NOISY when we turned it on. The toilet would not flush correctly! When we went downstairs - my husband (who is a residential and commercial building contractor) noticed IMMEDIATELY that the handrail for the stairway was WAY TOO HIGH, and would NEVER MEET CODE!! When we reached first floor, we saw the door to the outside was left OPEN (for who knows how long) leaving a vulnerable situation for hotel guests!! We tried to shut it - but it wouldn’t shut! ALL OUTSIDE DOORS ARE TO BE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES with ONLY registered guests able to open them with their key cards - or for EVERYONE having to enter the building at the front entrance!! In this day and age that is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE! We also noticed as we came down the hall by the stairway next to the open outside door that the line of tile on the floor was CROOKED going down to the lobby! We noticed it IMMEDIATELY - and if my husband had been in charge of that tile job - he would have FIRED the people responsible for that and had them rip it out!! And be would have hired a new company to do it over!! Just a glaring example of negligence to do a great job! and getting away with it! Also! There are NO HAIR DRYERS in the rooms and NO HAIR CONDITIONER either! Most ALL HOTELS provide Shampoo AND Conditioner! BUT NOT THIS HOTEL!! And the breakfast was nothing special with a very outdated dining area. There’s an old saying that says “The difference is in the DETAILS!” Well - THIS RAMADA HOTEL obviously looks the other way and DOES NOT CARE!! There are WAY too many “DETAILS” that are TOTALLY OUT OF WHACK AND MISSING!! FORGET THIS HOTEL AND TRAVEL ON! FIND A BETTER CHAIN THAT GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO GIVE THEIR GUESTS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! This Ramada Chain has a LOT TO LEARN!!
