Premier Inn Herne Bay

Hotel is clean and tidy. Can have room with bath if required or room with walk in shower. Rooms are air comditioned. Beds are very comfortable. Can request for rooms to be cleaned when required if long term stay. Staff are very polite and friendly cannot do enough for you. It's a shame the restaurant is closing to the public.

Very pleasant stay. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Fully equipped with everything we needed for a one night stay with a child and toddler. Would recommend. Staff were helpful and polite. We ate at the onsite pub and were able to take food back to our room, which was helpful as we arrived after the kids' bedtime. We were given a room on the ground floor near reception which again was very helpful with young children and the travel cot was set up on arrival for us with bedding.

I stayed here with my wife following a few days in London. I chose this hotel due to its easy location to all of my family and friends. The check in was fast and efficient as was the check out. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. There was tea and coffee making equipment but there was no bottled water I assume we were supposed to fill the kettle from the tap in the bathroom. We decided instead to head to the Sainsbury store a short walk away and buy some bottled water. The breakfast we paid for in advance and I cannot fault the selection or the service. I have stayed at this Premier Inn before and I would definately stay again.

What a place! The staff team really do make the hotel. Cant do enough for you. Help your self to teas and coffee. Quiet rooms, comfy beds too! Stsyed with friends for a weekend herne bay is easily accessible via car bus or walking. Sainsbury’s is also available conveniently 10 min walk away

Always use PI, we found it hard to find but on arrival was met with a lovely warm friendly welcome from Zoey .. Spacious carpark. Yes from outside needs a good lick of paint ,1st impressions etc. Room was dated and again in need of tlc. But tbf it did the job was clean and comfy bed . Bathroom OK paint missing of walls etc. Plenty of hot water. No not the best of PI due to the age and decor, but would come back as it did the job .. Had a good night's sleep .Thank you .

This is an older premier inn, deffo needs some love. All staff were very friendly, printed out a list of local restaurants to try for us. You know what you’re getting with PI but our room deffo needed redoing. You can tell they’ve repainted but it probably needs gutting and starting again. Bathroom was pretty rank, mould on ceiling, shower curtain, toilet flusher barely worked. Aircon was leaking on the ceiling etc. Corridor stunk of **** the 2nd night It did the job as a base for 2 nights. Carpark was good. Supermarkers nearby etc. Wouldnt stay here again but it was ok for what we needed.

East to find and close enough to Herne Bay to walk to. Car park was adequate with cctv covering. On entering we were met by Zoe, who as a first impression of PI was excellent, big smile and very helpful to the point of holding the door for us for our luggage. When we came out for a walk she prompted the best route down the the sea side. Very lovely and very helpful.

Zoey at the front desk proper helpful and kind lady she made sure I got a room and she tried helping me find a place when the hotel rooms where all booked and great customer service will recommend anyone to this hotel and come and meet lovely friendly zoey to make sure your stay is good
