호텔 시벨레스 리조트(Hotel Cibeles Resort)

Very adorable and nice staff. Property needs some updating. The landscaping is very nice. Pool needs some updates. No refrigerator in your room. No air conditioning however it cools off the evening. Over charged for breakfast.

I loved it. It's comfy, safe and clean. And affordable.

They downgraded my room and overcharged me.

Beautiful unique hotel room with a really nice ambience in a cute location. The breakfast was great and service was very good. There were some issues with the room hot tub it seemed to flood when we tried to drain it there was a warning sign but we still didn’t expect it to flood so quickly we gave up on draining it . Tv worked ok but had something wrong with picture on edges. Also there was very loud talking outside room over night possibly from a guard on premises.

The room was clean and serviceable, as was the pool. The barking dogs impacted sleep a lot!!

This is a very beautiful hotel, I was very comfortable, and had a wonderful time The tico breakfast was outstanding, my check in was very smooth and easy and the staff at the front desk impeccable and very helpful. The lady that cleaned my room each day was extremely nice and the room was very clean. I also had a massage from Tiffany it was the best massage that I have ever had and I have had many my compliments. Overall on a one out of 10 scale I would say this is 100,000 rating a very nice place to stay I would recommend it to everyone bar none this is one of the best hotels I have been in during my stay in Costa Rica I would definitely come again. I would like to thank the entire staff for their helpfulness, their kindness and especially the smiles on their face I think they all truly enjoy being here thank you so much

Tourists beware, if you decide to wash clothes here. These people will charge you an arm and a leg to wash clothes $6 American dollars per kilo. We had 2 small bags of clothes and when we picked up we got charged $102! In addition non of the electric outlets where working when we first got here. Hot water comes from an electric water heater in the shower which has wires hanging from the ceiling when you shower. Huge safety issue! The beds are horrible and there is no air conditioner just portable fans. I woke up with back and neck pain. If you end up getting two rooms in one “suite” in reality it is a living room which was converted into a bedroom. The room we stayed in required you to walk through a bedroom in order to get to the kitchen. I’m sure there are better places to stay. Don’t waste your money and please please please don’t have them wash your clothes unless you want to hand them an obscene amount of money for no reason. Find somewhere else to take care of your clothes.
