헤라크리온, Notos Brewery 근처 호텔

Trip Advisor의 추천에 따라 크레타에서이 호텔을 선택했는데 예상보다 뛰어났습니다! 위치는 시내 중심가에 적합하지만 번잡하고 시끄러운 pedistrian 쇼핑가에서 몇 블록 떨어져 있습니다. 나는 4 층에 아주 편안한 침대가있는 멋진 조용한 방을 보았습니다. 호텔 직원이 정말 체재했습니다! 프론트 데스크의 Niki와 Spiros는 항상 질문에 대한 도움을주고 다양한 질문에 대한 조언을 제공 할 준비가되어있었습니다. 호텔의 진정한 스타는 옥상 레스토랑과 Mate de Babis입니다. 그는 모든 사람들이 잘 돌보고 즐거운 저녁 식사를했는지 확인했습니다. 아래층 식당이 있지만 나는 북쪽과 동쪽의 살인자 전망을 갖춘 야외 옥상 바 / 레스토랑을 좋아했습니다. 음식의 질은 믿어지지 않았다. 그리고 나는 나의 5 개의 밤 체재의 4를 거기에서 먹었다! 나는 심장 박동에 다시 여기에 머물 것이다!

The room is spacious, well equipped & really clean. The area is quiet, really easy to park the car in the street. I would like to thank HARA and all staff member for their kindness. Hara was always available for help. We will definitively come back! Bao Quy

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

Heraklion은 멋진 해변에 문제가 있지만 호텔에서 500m 떨어진 곳에 Dermatos Bay가 있으며 바다 깊숙이 들어갈 수있는 야생 해변이 있습니다. 적절한 해변은 호텔에서 2.2 km의 Ammoudara에 있습니다. Talos Plaza 쇼핑몰 앞에서 1km 떨어진 곳에 또 다른 해변이 있지만 바위가 많고 선베드나 인명 구조원이 없습니다. 수영을 할 수있는 또 다른 장소는 1.2 km의 Kules 요새에서 시작하는 항구 두더지입니다. 두더지는 바람이 불 때 높은 파도를 보호하고 다른 곳은 수영하기에 적합하지 않습니다.

Central Market, Venetian Loggia, Pantokrator Venetian Portal 등 유명 관광지들이 가까운 도보거리에 있습니다.바쁜 일정 후에는 호텔에서 휴식을 취하거나, 주변 명소들을 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.에테리얼 화이트 리조트 호텔 & 스파 시설은 헤라크리온 호텔 중, 우수한 호텔 시설로 상위권에 선정되었습니다.

서비스와 도움에 대해 할 말이 많습니다. 위치는 버스, 식당 및 사이트에도 편리했습니다. ... 기본 방, 작고 욕실 외부에 차 / 커피 또는 쓰레기통이 없습니다. 세면 도구는 없지만 무료 생수 1 병 .. 의자를 위한 공간이 없습니다.. 침대와 책상만 있습니다.. 매우 컴팩트합니다.. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지만 매일 동일하게 머물렀고 옵션이 제한적이었습니다. 기본적으로 괜찮 으면 적합하지만 주전자를 찾고 있다면 실망 할 수 있습니다. ... 마침내 도시 전망 객실을 예약하면 두 번 생각하십시오. 인신매매가 많은 거리가 내려다 보입니다. 많은 소음과 골목의 전망. 우리는 바다 전망을 선택했고 발코니가 작았지만 전망은 훌륭했습니다.

사랑스러운 숙박, 좋은 음식 많은 활동이지만 신혼 여행자에게는 완벽하지 않습니다.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our recent holiday. Our first stay was in the suite on the top floor. This is a spectacular room with a HUGE balcony. The room and balcony are the entire 5th floor, overlooking the churches and park. It even has an outdoor hot tub. Our second room was also nice, but it was tough going from the suite to a standard room. The location of the hotel is great. It faces the church courtyard and there are several cafes. There is easy access to the entire center of Heraklion. All of the hotel staff are amazing. They were polite and helpful. I would like to single out Petrali Margarita, the hotel manager. She was warm and friendly and really seemed to care about our happiness. She made dinner reservations for us and nail appointments for my wife and niece. She would greet us if we were outside at a cafe. Just a wonderful asset. My ONLY criticism would be the servers at the Hacienda cafe. The were rude and some were unprofessional. It took forever to get waited on, to the point of us moving to the other cafes in the square. It was hard to believe it was part of the hotel. The servers really need to be trained on efficiency and customer interaction. Beside that, a splendid hotel. We will go back again.
