터말 호텔 수페리어(Thermal Hotel Mosonmagyarovar)

Disappoin**ent with local customs and behavior. No one is lying on 90% of the sunbeds, but they are reserved with a towel. So I lay down on the ground, but the attendant forbade me to do so. During his entire stay in the spa, he had nowhere to lie down. To pay for the sauna, one has to go back to the cash register - you can't just attach a smart watch and pay later.

Six months before the planned stay we ordered family room- 2 joined rooms because we have 2 small boys and as grandparents we wanted to be together. We were asked to pay it in advance and we did it. 14 days before the stay we got the info, that the paid rooms are not available so we got 2 separate rooms with the view over parking place - the worst rooms. Our room 110 is w/o air-conditioning + the heat from outside parking place in 40C on the sun makes the room hot oven, where you cannot stay during the day and night . The bathroom is old and it smells awfully. It looks, that the smell is coming through small air grill from other WC. The reception staff is friendly but couldn’t help. My holidays is spoiled and for sure I will not come again - I hate such mistrea**ent. And I have suspicion, that this is connected with our nationality- Czech. I met another pair, who had the same issue. The pre booked room wasn’t available anymore and got the room with parking view as well. I didn’t search more how the room looked like.

The hotel was super, it was even better than expected. We could use the bath , it was fantastic. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very very friendly. It's not far from the center. The Restaurant of the hotel is a nice place to try hungarian dishes. We will come back!

We stayed in this hotel twice recently (May and June 2022). We were in general very satisfied. Our aim was to use the thermal spa, which is next to the hotel and entrance fee is included in the hotel room price. Thus, perfect, just walk in the bathrobe, anytime during the day. Breakfast in the hotel was also fine, only the choice of cereals was very limited, actually no cereals. We were also very much satisfied with the front-desk staff, young and always friendly and helpful. The main disadvantage were rooms. Old fashioned, need refurnishing. Carpets were with dirty stains, furniture remembers some decades, TV channels limited and with unstable connection. However, we did not come for the hotel stay, but for spa, thus O.K. And we knew where to go for good dinner.

The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and helpfull. They have privat jakuzzi, sauna and salt cave, what is free for the guests. The breakfast is excellent, fresh and rich. The restaurant has a wonderful view. Bathrobe is in the room, the Flexum Thermal & Spa is just a few steps from the hotel.

The rooms are comfy with renovated bathroom, we also had a balcony with the view to the spa, and it looks amazing. The private spa at the basement is so good, everyone should try it after the salt cave!

Great hotel with an amazing geothermal spa It’s huge with many swimming pools outdoors spas resting areas and cafes It is opened to the public on a daily basis too Sadly hardly any staff spoke any English So if you are a solo traveler and did not speak any local language it could be a slight issue But great place to visit at least once

The SPA itself got renowatoed so beautifully, there are also some great new features. The enviorment has also got so much nicer and even more modern. I can recommend this place to every visitor who comes Mosonmagyaróvár it is really worth it!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel dürfte teil-renoviert worden sein. Das Bad im Zimmer war neu, der Teppich alt und fleckig. Vorteil: Eintritt in Therme unbegrenzt inklusive!
