Located right on the Seneca wine trail with various distilleries, breweries, and wineries less than a mile from the private drive. Take the canoe or kayaks out for a morning paddle, play some lawn games on the grassy area, or take in a sunset from the covered porch. **NOTE: This is a lake level cottage with a LONG staircase from the parking pad to the base of this cliffside cottage (42 steps to be exact, which is equivalent to walking to the top floor of a 3-story house). Lake level drop off and unloading is available but ONLY with 4 wheel drive vehicles. DO NOT attempt lakeside drop off with 2 wheel vehicles, and there is NO PARKING at the lower level. House rules: You'll be staying in someone's home, and a very old one at that, so please treat it with care and respect. -6 guests maximum -Please message us if you want to bring a furry friend -Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM -No smoking indoors Self check-in with keypad -Check-in after 4:00 PM -Check-out before 10:00 AM **If you desire an earlier check-in or later check-out just ask.
