A lovely stay at 305; first class accommodation with every need catered for. Nicki gave us a very warm welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful in offering advice and local knowledge. Ideally situated for walking into Havelock North (3KM) where there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes. A very relaxing stay.

Lovely villa with a great view of the vineyards. Comfortable bed and all the facilities needed for our short stay. Nicki's communication was excellent (with additional instructions available on an iPad inside). Great outdoor dining area. Easy walking distance to Black Barn restaurant. We would definitely return.

Nicki is one of the most helpful and generous hosts I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. We stayed at The Annex at Havelock Homestead in the Village and it was brilliant. Beautiful and comfortable accomodation, walking distance to town. Looking forward to returning.

305 In The Vines was an excellent little retreat. The architecturally designed villas, were well appointed; the beds, bathroom, and living areas all exceeded expectations. The view of the well-attended garden vineyard made me want to take up residence in Havelock North. Hawke Bay caters strongly to the cheaper domestic market, or the exceedingly expensive one night wedding market. 305 In The Vine fills a much needed gap in between. I'd rate the facilities higher than a premium Hilton suit; yet more cost effective. I ended up staying about one and a half weeks and it was a pleasure. Nicki (the owner) sent me flowers after learning that my father had passed away during my visit, in this day and age such kind acts are exceedingly rare. I plan to be a repeat client.

We stayed here as a base for a vineyard visit and it was very enjoyable. The rooms are custom-built cabins with reasonable facilities. They feel new and comfortable. An actual oven would be nice for the evening we ate in and wanted to cook parbaked bread (not reailising there was not an oven) but you get everything else. I would stay again.

Had another fantastic stay at 305 The Vines!! The villas are furnished beautifully with quality accessories. The villa works well for our family of four our boys like the bunks and we enjoy a large master. Lovely outside space to enjoy a coffee or the gifted wine, cheese and crackers (thank you!!). We will be back again soon.
