훌륭한 새 호텔입니다. 객실은 깨끗하고, 매일 하우스키핑이 제공되며, 24시간 로비 바가 있어 편리합니다. 친절한 직원. 아침 식사는 매우 다양합니다. 위치는 좋지만, 올드 하바나까지는 조금 멀습니다.

우리는 11.04부터 이 호텔에 머물고 있습니다. 14.04. 24 성인 3명이 침대 2개 + 소파 1개가 있는 방을 예약했고, 침대 시트 없이 더블 침대와 안락의자 침대를 받았습니다!!! 우리가 리셉션에 연락했을 때 그들은 우리를 도울 수 없다고 말했습니다. 이런 예약! 이 호텔에 숙박하실 경우 시트와 담요를 지참하시기 바랍니다. 커피 머신이 있지만 커피는 없으며 샤워기에서 물이 흐르고 방 전체에 웅덩이가 있습니다. 아침 식사도 좋고, 헬스장도 있고, 하바나 중심부까지 택시로 갈 수 있고, 외화 술을 판매하는 상점 옆 등이 있습니다. 을 더한.

하루 동안 지나가고 있었습니다. 밖에서 보면 호텔이 좋아요. 바다의 첫 번째 줄에 위치하고 있습니다. 장점은 편안한 객실과 청결함입니다. 다른 모든 것은 그려진 별 5개와 일치하지 않습니다. 리셉션부터 인터넷이 1층에서만 작동해서 매우 불편했습니다. 방에서 Wi-Fi가 작동하지 않았습니다. 게다가 Wi-Fi 연결 시스템도 불편합니다. 체크아웃 5분전에 인터넷이 끊겼는데 호텔에는 키오스크나 커피머신, 교환기가 하나도 없었습니다. 고객만을 위한 바에서는 커피가 맛도 없고 현지화폐도 안되고 신용카드만 있으면 된다. 일반적으로 해변에 위치한 위치만이 별 5개를 받을 자격이 있습니다. 체크인 시 객실에 화장지가 없었습니다. 리셉션에 알렸더니 다음날 출발 1시간 전에 가져왔습니다.

서비스는 나쁘지 않고, 아침 식사는 훌륭하고, 체크인할 때 방에 먼지가 매우 많았습니다. 마치 한 달 동안 그곳에 아무도 없었던 것처럼, 샤워실에서 커피 머신이 작동하지 않았고, 물이 배수되지 않았습니다. 리셉션에 가서 문제를 말했는데 아무도 해결하지 못했습니다. 호텔은 매우 크지만 사람이 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 7시부터, 체육관은 8시부터 열립니다.
