Nice place to stay Nice location, I have never been there before. Close to the ocean and the sound. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for 3. There was a lot of communication about the check in and checkout process so that was very easy and appreciated.

Room literally had water coming through the floor. Unbelievable. Floor was dirty as well. If you walk around barefoot in the room, crumbs stick to your feet. Overall property was nice, but disappointed with the room itself. Water has definitely been an ongoing issue as it has created some seep holes in the floor.

Nice place to stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We really like it. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. Lovely sound side walkways.

When I checked in, the villa was dirty. There was dirty dishes in the sink, bedding on the floor, as well as dirty towels on the floor. They had to change our room (over the phone, because the office closes at 8 p.m.)

Very nice and quiet place. Close enough to the beach and right besude the Hatteras-Ocracoke ferry terminal.

A disappointing apartment stay. We were disappointed with this accommodation after the photos looked amazing. The apartment was very run down and in need of updating. The floor was sticky and the pull down mattress on the sofa bed had dirty stains on it which was really off putting. We picked somewhere for 4 people but this is better suited to 2. The location is great and the shop next door was brilliant.
