the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The resort was impeccably clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable, the best experience ever I had , I love to came again and will recommend this property to my friends too. 🧡 and special thanks to front office team where they helped a lot thought out our stay

We stayed two nights at Regenta Sakleshpur. The resort is in the middle of a coffee plantation and it has an inbuilt mini waterpark of sorts that kids will enjoy. There are a a variety of rooms to choose from including a higher up container home, wooden cottages and upcoming tent stays as well. We chose a premium kind of room that had two large beds in the room and all amenities were well appointed and spotlessly clean. Bed was extremely clean, fresh and welcoming. The hotel has amazing always smiling staff in all departments. The restaurant staff was very attentive always smiling, and highly caring for each and every guest. The brekfast buffet choices and a la carte food is top notch and freshly prepared including live dosas, parathas etc. Thr highlight is non stop events including guided tour of the greenery around, coffee making process and, a fully functional musical fountain and feeding ducks and turkeys within the premises. We found Cyril, who is the activity manager omnipresent thru the day and the evenings and personally ensuring all guests were comfy and well taken care of. He was always smiling, telling guests about nearby places to visit and very attentive. We gave a few suggestions based on day 1 experience and the next day it was implemented. One thing I can still suggest isntheir complimentary high tea can be much much better with including hot snacks like pakoras or tiny sandwiches instead if guests picking their own snacks from glass bottles. Their coffee makers do need more training for sure. Overall, excellent stay, very confortable paved roads right till the resort and very reachable location to sights around it.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature, comfort, and great service all in one place!

This is one place I wanted to visit for a long time and was excited to go here for my birthday, but it was a disappointing experience here. First the so called welcome drink was diluted and was just some grape squeezed with water , there was no traditional welcome ( which ofcourse was done for few ) and this depends on the front office person . The most disappointing part was my husband had mentioned in the booking form as special request for the birthday cake which dint come then he kept following up over the phone and also personally by going the reception, but they forgot and ignored it . Which shows their service standards. The check out time the bill was also not correct, so double check before you pay.. There is an ev charger for which we called several times to ask about the brand and the capacity 2 days in a row we called 4 times but dint get information till we frustrated informed this is the 4th call. By the way the charger is just 100 meters away from the reception table to check. My honest opinion would be the below Pros: The place is good option for kids and families if they improve their service with good food options. The beautiful greenery and the landscape is really good and peaceful. The activities like duck feeding and things can again be good for kids to learn. Cons: Service is slow and team is not trained to handle so many guests together .

Great place , wonderful location, services are good and excellent host. Staff are very cordial and very helpful. Rashita and Ranjini at reception was very helpful. Jitu and Sanjay were great hosts at the restaurant. Harish is very helpful during our checkin and checkout. Enjoyed our stay with family. Highly recommend and would love to visit again
