Premier Inns always provide comfy beds, clean spacious rooms and bathrooms at a good price, so it’s easy to leave a good review. However my stay in Hartlepool Marina was improved greatly as a result of the wonderful staff who work there. The room was always cleaned to a high standard and help with a pleasant smile was always on hand.. a special mention to Hayley and Erika who were great help and very personable. It was as always never great to be away from home for so long but their help and greeting in an always friendly manor really enhanced the stay in making me feel more of a home away from home. Thank you both for brightening up the stay of the whole team that stayed with you.

Clean, warm comfy room and bathroom. Free parking. Close to Marina which has a nice ***** of bars and eateries. We ate at the nearby Portofino Restaurant which was very nice and great value. We will return, because at £39.99 for room only it would be rude not to!
