체크인할 때 엉뚱한 짓을 해서 우리를 준비되지 않은 잘못된 방으로 데려갔습니다. 기다렸다가 다른 방으로 옮겼습니다. 인력 부족, 나노 대기 시간이 너무 깁니다. 플러시가 두 번이나 내 방을 망치고 밤에 배관공을 불러야 했습니다.

Non existing service from check-in to transport to reservation to restaurant. Grumpiness throughout across all staff. There seems to be a management problem?!

One of the best luxury property to relax, enjoy, have peace from day today hectic life.. Lush green property surrounded with beautiful mountains and valleys… Large villas with luxury amenities and breathtaking views… Food at its best with its organic home grown vegetables.. A Must visit property. Excellent service and friendly staff adds more value to the property.

Pros - Beautiful rooms They custom kids food and serve fresh Cons - Restaurant service needs improvement , just one restaurant terrazzo which serves limited options . Multi cuisine restaurant terrazzo does not serve pizza and mountain bar serves only pizza and Italian finger food no pasta , it’s a very small place which shuts down post 6:30pm , nothing to do post 7pm . Swimming pool water ice cold , better to have temperature controlled . My conversation with chef ashish was unpleasant as I requested some special food for our anniversary dinner, he couldn’t provide up to my expectations that was still ok but was rude to convey this . Need to be polite and accommodating. No indoor kids area . Nor a garden like which can provide slides swings etc

I saw mixed reviews of this place and was wondering why. Now that I have stayed here I realized it is to do with what you expect from this holiday. This Hilton is not a business hotel. It is a resort to chill and enjoy the flora and fauna. If you are expecting it to be like a business hotel you will be disappointed. But we came here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The shillim peak trek, the jungle walk, all were fantastic. The food was yum and the pool villa was outstanding. You wake up to the songs of the whistling thrush, followed by a series of birds singing. The biodiversity here is marvelous. I highly recommend shillim for a peaceful getaway amidst nature. A special shout out to Prahlad, Major Asif and Sangam. They were really sweet and helpful.

We booked this hotel on 18 may for two nights . We checked in by 4:30 pm .. they told us pool is on till 7 .. when we went to pool then they told us pool is shut for some event .. then they told us they will upgrade the room because we are gold Hilton honors members. it’s 3:30 and still the room is not allotted.. since 12 o’clock they are saying it will take more time .. half day already wasted .. we have a 5 year old kid with us .. two days holiday spoilt.. when I told them we will put on trip advisor they said yes u can ( staff person kisan )..

Beautiful resort in the lap of nature. Good food and cordial staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are positive with a ready to help attitude. Looking forward to visiting the place soon in future. Special thanks to the Front office manager.

Our stay at Hilton Shillim Resort Lonavala was amazing! The surroundings were beautiful, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and top-notch. Big shoutout to Devashree for making our stay extra special , From recommending the best activities to accommodating our requests, her attention to detail was remarkable. Her warm and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. Can't wait to go back!

The stay was very peaceful, relaxing and one that I felt got over too soon. The estate is huge-320 acres and they have prompt Tata Nanos to ferry guests, though I preferred walking across all downhill walks. The all villa property has 2 pools, the service during meals is fast & while the menu has limited options, it’s all prepared quite well. The villa itself was huge with a big balcony opening into the forest, massive bathroom and another courtyard kind of a setup where you could take a shower outside. Each villa is separated so there’s lot of privacy. The activities were excellent- from the forest bathing to clay therapy to ******* bowl meditation and organic farm tour where they grow everything from cilantro to peppermint to cherry tomatoes to lemongrass. Overall, this is one estate I would love returning to primarily because it was very soothing and quiet and superb customer service.
