하노이, The Garden Shopping Center 근처 호텔

This is a small family-owned hotel. We reserved a room with two beds, but were initially offered one with a one bed. We had to ask for a room change, which may have often happened from reviews of other people. The two-bed room was somewhat large and clean. Amenities were basic. Bathroom was a bit challenging: we did not dare take a shower, but my child did and said it was okay. Toilet had no problem. Hot water was readily accessible. Breakfast was personally cooked and nicely done with egg, buttered bread, and some vegetables (tea was nice). The family seems to raise a herd of chickens. Very early in the morning after perhaps 6 AM or even before, a rooster crowed for about two hours every 30 second, and we had to be up. Well, it is nature and I have no complaint about this. The hotel views a big open field where the chicken herd as well as horses was enjoying the meal. Best part was that we were able to walk to the hotel and took about 15 minutes from the international terminal, although it was a bit treacherous along the way. Getting across a wide street without any signal was a challenge, like any other in Vietnam. It was okay after we got used to it. Nothing much around the hotel. The Hanoi Airport, unlike Saigon, has really nothing in the neighborhood. I think for one night, this hotel may be okay esp. for early flights.

아침 비행을 잡을 수있는 1 박 숙박을위한 완벽한 호텔, 전용 욕실이있는 넓은 객실. 공항은 매우 가까워 도보로 갈 수 있습니다-국제 공항은 도보로 10 분, 국내 공항은 20 분입니다. 이 지역에서 볼거리, 할 일 또는 먹을 것이 많지 않으므로 1 박 이상 권장하지 않습니다.

If you are expecting a five star resort for the cost of a hostel you will be disappointed. If you are expecting friendly staff, that you may have try to communicate with because you are in their country, and you don't judge the area as unsafe because there are not many street lights, I think you will appreciate a stay here. I had a great experience with the staff. We arrived late at night, had little to no trouble getting into a room and we were more than satisfied with the room we were put in. The mattresses were stiff, but I did not find them any more so than other places in Vietnam. English communication was not as easily done, however, the staff was obviously trying to be very helpful in communicating with us. We utilized Google Translate and had no issue getting information for the stay. Also, I am in Vietnam, so I would expect that it is partially on me to try to communicate in Vietnamese. The hotel is in a back alley entrance with not many lights around. I would not call it dangerous. I walked around later at night and was able to find a family restaurant nearby as directed by the staff, as well as there were locals in a nearby square doing what looked like a communal dance class. The next morning the same square was filled with an organized volleyball match. It hardly seemed like a spot that was sketchy, more just dark. The area is not busy late at night as it is not surrounded by residential housing and it is about 2 km from the airport. The breakfast was a bit of fusion cuisine between local foods and western food. You could eat your fill of either, and the location is the top floor of the hotel giving it a nice view of the surrounding area. Again, a quick glance from that vantage point puts the alley entrance as a scary area into a different perspective. Lastly and most importantly, we had a special request with some luggage difficulty we had in our travels. It was a ridiculous thing for us to request from the staff and they went above and beyond to help us out. I would have no issue staying here again. Also, if there was a problem with the stay, I think I would have no problem sorting it out appropriately with the staff that I met there.

Was originally planning on paying for lounge access at Hanoi airport as we had 9 hours to wait for our flight - however the Paragon was half the price of the airport and gave us the addition of private bathroom, bed, tv etc. Was great to be able to get a few hours sleep and then freshen up before the hotel transferred us back to the airport (this costs an additional 100k dong - approx $5). Perfect for a short stay but note the pool is very dirty and therefore unusable.

제가 다녀본 20개국, 여러 도시 중 체크인이 가장 빨랐던 호텔이에요! 오전 6시 30분에 공항에 도착하니 그랩 택시가 도착하는데 5분, 국제선 터미널에 도착하는데 10분이 걸렸습니다. 황량한 곳에 위치해 있어 조용한 마을처럼 보이지만 한 블록에 여러 레스토랑과 편의점이 있습니다.

위치는 좋았습니다. 공항에서 걸어서이 호스텔에 도착할 수 있습니다. 데스크 아이의 태도는 매우 좋고 도움이되었습니다. 그들은 오토바이를 빌리고 가격은 충분했습니다. 그러나 한 가지! 침대 시트는 결코 변경되지 않았습니다. 위생이 너무 나빴습니다!

방은 비교적 크고 시설은 괜찮고 냉장고는 있지만 무료 생수 공급은 없습니다. 주인은 영어를 할 수 없으며 의사 소통이 더 어렵습니다. 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 거리는 먼지가 많고 대기 오염이 심각합니다.
