Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assortment of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

우리는 늦게 갔고 프론트 데스크와 호텔이 같은 위치에 있지 않습니다. 150m를 걸어야합니다. 호텔 환경은 좋고 매우 조용하고 방은 비교적 크지 만 하룻밤 만 머물렀고 다른 경험은 없었습니다!

호텔의 위치는 완벽합니다. 중앙이지만 조용하고 하노버 메인 역에서 도보 거리 내에 있습니다. 호텔은 부티크 느낌이 있으며 우리는 손님 양식으로 도착하면 따뜻하게 환영했습니다. 아침 식사는 9,50 €에 불과했으며 확실히 가치가 있습니다. 방과 스위트 욕실은 괜찮 았습니다. 1 인당 베개 하나만 우리에게는 문제가되지 않았지만 다른 사람들에게는 문제가 될 수 있습니다 .. 리프트는 도착 시간이 필요하므로 서둘러 떠나면 추가 시간을 허용하거나 계단을 가져갈 수 있습니다. 라운지 지역에서 하루 종일 기계에서 무료 커피 품종을 이용할 수있었습니다. 모두 훌륭한 경험입니다.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Messe und ist auch sehr gut für einen Messebesuch geeignet und auch nicht so ganz so teuer wie die anderen Hotels in der Nähe der Messe. Die Anfahrt ist sehr einfach nur mit Bus und Bahn ist es zu Hotel etwas schwierig aber das klappt auch sehr gut. Man muss nur etwas laufen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad ist klein aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch das Frühstück ist klein aber fein.

Estuve 3 noches en este hotel y fue suficiente . Entre ls cosas buenas , quiero destacar la ubicación , frente a un parque grande y muy lindo , cerca de una estación de UBahn y si se prefiere caminar no muy distante del centro . El desayuno y el servicio del personal en el desayuno es muy bueno , se nota preocupación por el servicio , detalles como por ejemplo flores en las mesas . El salon del desayuno es muy bonito, muy agradable desayunar allí. Lo que no me gustó de este hotel : Llegué un domingo como a las 5 de la tarde , despues de haber viajado desde la mañana , quería comer algo y no tenian servicio de restaurant ni servicio a la habitación ,nunca me habia pasado en un hotel que no hubiera servicio a la habitación . Tuve que salir a comer fuera a pesar de lo cansada que venía . La habitación no me gustó , oscura de día y de noche ( mala iluminación , en las fotos no se nota lo obscuro) y con un olor no muy agradable. Da la impresión que no hacen bien el aseo, no se percibe una habitacion muy limpia. El resto bien , no fui al restaurant, así que no puedo opinar, creo que no siquiera fui a beber el welcome drink.

쓰기 호텔의 위치에 대해,지도를 볼 수있을만큼 충분합니다. 모두가이 위치가 그에게 적합한지 스스로 대답 할 것입니다. 시간과 재정으로 인해 호텔의 선택이 제한되어 있으므로이 옵션에 중단했습니다. 장점 중 하나는 호텔에 머무는 동안 도움을 줄 준비가 된 직원, 매우 가치있는 아침 식사, 주문을 위해 베를린과 뮌헨에있는 호텔과 비교할 때 더 많은 선택이 있었다는 것을 주목할 가치가 있습니다. Wi-Fi는 정상적으로 작동했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침대는 힘들지만 수면은 편안합니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓 REWE가 있으며 오전 7시에 문을 엽니 다. 물, 베이킹, 과일, 실제 알코올 선택을 구매해야하는 경우 매우 편리합니다. 일요일에는 거의 아무것도 작동하지 않으며, 제품은 미리 구매할 가치가 있습니다. 매우 매우 나쁜 소음 차단, 아마도 밤에 트램이 지나갈 때 새로운 유리 패킷을 넣어야 할 수도 있습니다. 미터를 운전하고 있다는 느낌, 커튼이 없어져 모든 거리 조명이 눈으로 바로 닿습니다. 방은 작습니다. 이상한 호텔 출입 시스템. 일요일에 체크인했는데 아무도 전화 버튼에 응답하지 않았으며 문에 표시된 전화로 전화해야했습니다. 오후에는 객실로 이어지는 복도의 문이 잠겨 있어 안전을 위해 잠겨 있지만, 객실 입구 문과 복도 입구 문의 열쇠는 동일합니다. 다소 경악합니다. 냉장고, 금고는 아니지만 개인적으로는 그들의 부재가 문제가 아니었다.

이 호텔은 지하철 (직접 노선)으로 기차역에 쉽게 접근 할 수있는 매우 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 호텔은 의회 센터이므로 가족 휴가를위한 첫 번째 선택이 아닐 것입니다. 그러나 출장을 위해 추천 할 수 있습니다. 내 방은 들판에서 전망을 가지고 있었고 (매우 훌륭했다, 나는 심지어 잉어를 보았다!) 아주 오랫동안 호텔에서 가장 조용했습니다. 내가 약간의 일을해야했기 때문에 이것은 절대적으로 완벽했습니다. 조식은 클래식 뷔페(빵, 햄, 소시지, 계란, 치즈, 과일) 였습니다. 호텔에는 회의 및 소그룹 토론을위한 공간이 많이 있습니다. 호텔에서부터 들판으로 가는 몇 개의 작은 길을 시작하여 달리거나 단순히 걷기에 완벽합니다.
