I stayed at this hotel for a week in May. It was a lovely experience. The bedroom was spacious and had a large balcony to sit which is important for me. The food was super, and plenty of choice. The entertainment team were at hand each day to advise on all the activities available, like Yoga, Darts, aqua aerobics, boules. The staff were super friendly amd approachable. Plenty of activities and enjoyment for those interested day and night.

The food is very nice , the pool and beaches are big.The rooms are tidy and comfy. The animation team make a lot of games like archery with sasuki, volleyball, darts. Every night there’s new shows.The lobby is very big. Every day there’s discos. The internet is a bit slow

Visited 20th-27th June. Room 4113. Good check in. Sea view room was excellent, dated decor but large and kept beautifully clean and fresh each day by lovely lady. View of gorgeous beach was exceptional. Air conditioning was on when we arrived and kept room nice and cool every day - excellent service. Staff at reception very good . Bar staff around the pool was superb and as attentive as we have had at ANY hotel in the world (we travel a lot!) ……we had drinks regularly all day every single day never being without a drink. The animation team were good young and vibrant and didn’t bother you if you didn’t want to join in. Good fun people. Entertainment was a bit naff but overall ok some nights. The stage area amongst the trees was fine . The lunch breakfast down by the beach was our favourite meal and fresh pizzas were superb. We enjoyed lunch each day as best variation of the day. The lunch restaurant was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Waiter service was excellent here. The main restaurant for breakfast and dinner was somewhat more busy but we had excellent waiter service every time so only waited a few seconds and was always sorted out so no complaints. The menu at both breakfast and dinner was a bit limited but for a week we were happy enough. The pastas were freshly cooked and we loved them if not eating from main menu offerings. We done the a la carte which was ok but nothing special. We tipped daily for the room service , lunch and dinner waiters and especially around the pool as we felt the service was brilliant every single day. I would say that the main hotel area could be improved with decoration and new furniture. The main restaurant menus could be improved (home made crisps /chips excluded as these were to die for). Meat offerings could be better. The main selling point for this hotel was SERVICE AND STAFF SUPERB, BEACH OUT OF THIS WORLD, SEA VIEW ROOMS GORGEOUS. We would return but only for week at a time due to food limitations.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Service is amazing. The animation team are perfect, really entertaining and always something to do! Would highly recommend.
