Don't stay here! Most awful hotel I have ever stayed in. Power points that don't work, non existent WiFi, mouldy pillows, yellow linen with holes, grey towels (if you even get one) no personal items other than shampoo which isn't refilled or replaced no matter how long your stay. Hair dryer doesn't work. No air conditioner working in the dining hall so sweating through dinner. Dirty plates. Missing cutlery. No dietary needs catered for. The so,called spa is overpriced and noisy with no air conditioning. Towels look like they are brought in by the staff . I had a massage which was not bad but I was left covered in oil. The facial didn't include the neck or decolletage and I paid for the most expensive. No privacy curtains for the glass sliding doors to the garden. The bath was peeling paint. The shower had to proper fixture so you had to hold it. Toilet paper was hit and miss. The loud awful music every night until midnight. We left for an air BNB three days early and wished we had left earlier. But they don't like to refund so we stuck it out. Seems this hotel caters to Algerians mainly who were for the most part awful.

Although there are more bad reviews than good for this Hotel, but because they had water slides, my family: A mother, daughter and her niece wanted to spend some time there for the little girl to have fun. They called them the day before to reserve and they said everything is ok, they have vacancies and they can come and complete the booking on-site. These are very simple people, and this is a very important experience for them. They took public transportation to get to the drop off station at Hammamet and then took a taxi to get to the hotel. It took them roughly about one and half hour in a 31 degrees heat. When they arrived at the hotel, the reception lady whom they spoke to on the phone took their identity cards and said come back in a couple of hours to make sure the room is ready. They did not invite them to just stay at the hotel reception until they ready the room. So they went out roaming around in the sun on a very hot day. When they came back in a couple of hours, they told them, sorry we don’t have any vacancies anymore. Because these are very simple people, they treated them with this level of cruelty and arrogance. I checked online for availability for the same exact room and they had plenty available. Not sure what you call this. How can you treat people this way. No wonder they have extremely poor review rating and most of it is related to the staff. If you are not ready to provide good service to a paying guest, i am not sure why you are still in business. I will not let go of this and I will complain to all possible authorities until you either correct your error or you receive a penalty for treating my family this way.

I stayed in this dirty hotel in july 2024..the reception staff Moufida was very rude and unproffesional..room was dirty ..bad smell..phone not working ..no remote control for tv...not recommended at all to visit this hotel.very bad staff specially Moufida and her colleague Anis.

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel si vous êtes un jeune célibataire (18-35 ans). L’ambiance est inexistante : à la piscine aucune musique, seulement des couples avec enfants qui crient, sautent dans l’eau sans surveillance… on se croirait dans une crèche. J’ai même demandé à mettre un peu de musique pour couvrir les cris, mais on m’a répondu que le directeur l’avait interdit. La réception ferme à minuit, ce qui est très contraignant. Les chambres sont anciennes et très dégradées, la nourriture est répétitive et sans variété. En résumé, cet hôtel ressemble davantage à une maison de retraite familiale qu’à un lieu de vacances. À éviter absolument si vous cherchez une ambiance jeune et conviviale

Mon séjour cette semaine à l'hôtel a été tout simplement excellent ! L'hôtel est familial, respectueux et très propre. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. La nourriture est variée et délicieuse. La piscine est propre et adaptée aussi bien aux adultes qu'aux enfants. Le personnel est présent 24h/24 et toujours disponible avec un accueil chaleureux et professionnel. L’hôtel est très proche de la mer avec une plage privée magnifique, propre et calme. Contrairement à certains avis négatifs que j'avais lus, je n'ai constaté aucun de ces problèmes. Au contraire, j'ai passé des vacances très agréables. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour les familles, et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !
