There is nothing for me to complain about Azerai Kega Bay during my short trip a week ago. They really bring us excellent experience and just a few of them can be listed here: 1/ The warmness, friendliness and hospitality from top to bottom. We would like to especially thank Mr. Ketut – the GM, for his warm welcome, his strong support with his always-smile and his ready-to-take-action spirit. He didn’t mind to give his staff a hand in serving guests, and to have a quick chat with them to enhance their experience up to the fullest. The other staff, at the welcome lounge, at the restaurant (a special thank to Ms. Hien for her deep caring), at the reception desk, at anywhere, are totally nice and friendly. Even a gardener in ginger garden is great too. He noted that we were very curious about a type of ornamental ginger plant, then he paused for a second and patiently explained the plant to us. How well the training and customer service here is! 2/ Complimentary cookies in room and Vietnamese-themed afternoon tea set are tasty as well. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and again, cannot complain about anything. I was deeply impressed by their breads and Viennoiseries – authentic and unique taste, cute appearances with delicate decoration. 10 points for their creative aubergine dip served with plain bread as a side dish which is extremely excellent. 3/ Room and amenities: cozy, comfortable, beautiful and in a word, they are beyond our expectation. If I have a suggestion, I would like to strongly recommend them to change all their images on official website because they are quite dark and underrate the resort’s true beauty. Thank you again for the wonderful service. It makes me nostalgic after coming back to home.
