호텔 바인하우스 바일러

Ein sehr, sehr kleines E-Zimmer, dass in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber alles vorhanden. Vor dem Zimmerfenster direkt die Eisenbahnstrecke und die B9, mit Ohrenstopfen, OK. Kostenloses Mineralwasser, sowohl mit als auch ohne CO² stand immer kostenlos zur Verfügung! :-) Leider keine Deutsche Küche, bei solch einem klassischen Hotel eher ungewöhnlich und schlecht planbar. Das Frühstück war absolut TOP und es gab im Grunde ALLES was der Magen sich wünscht, perfekt.

As many other reviews have highlighted the hotel is located right in front of the train line with regular passenger and freight trains passing by. We had a superior double room on the first floor which was at the front of the hotel facing the train line and a footpath that passed directly outside the window. The windows do block out a lot of the noise and the hotel provided earplugs but the trains are audible and there is some slight vibration but we got a good night’s sleep. Although the building is quaint and traditional, the common areas, rooms and restaurant are in need of renovation. The décor in the room certainly felt around 40 years old and the furnishings were tired and a bit worn. That said, the room and bathroom were large and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The hairdryer was very small cheap model which cut out after only a few minutes use and wouldn’t turn on again until it cooled down rendering it useless. The restaurant serves Thai food which was very nice. Breakfast was slightly above average however the only fruit offered was a plate of sliced pineapple. Eggs and bacon were cooked to order which was nice. The service at both dinner and breakfast was friendly and efficient, as was the check-in and out process. There are limited hotel and restaurant options in Oberwesel so the few existing hotels don’t need to improve their product. We did notice a new hotel in the centre of town with its own restaurant which looked like it was close to opening. This should improve the options for travellers looking for modern accommodation in a quiet location.

We spent two nights at the Weinhaus Weiler during our recent "Rhine Roam". The hotel is perfectly located in town on a quiet street. Our accommodations included both a sitting room and bedroom with an updated bathroom - couldn't have been better. Bottles of sparkling water in both the room and hallways added a nice touch. The breakfast was fine (not the best on our trip as we found that we preferred buffets) and we found the Thai dinner to be just "OK". The staff was excellent and took care of all of our needs. All in all, we certainly would stay again but might eat elsewhere. John & Pam

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good with eggs to order. The hotel Thai restaurant was very good and they have a great collection of wines. Though the train line was not far away from the hotel, there was absolutely no sound inside the rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful. The hostess was very warm and welcoming.

2023年12月に２泊しました。フライトの関係で朝11時くらいに着きましたが、チェックインして部屋に入れてもらえました。小さなホテルで、１階はタイレストランがあり朝食会場です。階段を上がって、3階に部屋はありました。エレベーターはないので、ホテルのお兄さんに大型荷物は、持って上がってもらいました。建物はたぶん古いのでしょうけど、館内、部屋は清掃が行き届いています。客室は２LDKの感じで、bathroomとLivingroom, Bedroomがあります。広くてゆっくりできました。ホテル前の広場ではChristmas Marketがあり、夜も明るくてにぎやかでした。ライン川沿いに建っており、真夜中も列車の通過する音が聞こえましたが、気にはなりませんでした。Oberwesel Hbf. 駅から徒歩で商店街を見ながら10分、タクシーだと3～5分（10 Euro）です。Castle Auf Schoenburgまでは徒歩で45-50分くらいかかります。Oberwesel駅を越えて、川沿いにスーパーマーケットもあります。長旅の後にゆっくり休めますので、お薦めのホテルです。

Im Restaurant gibt es sehr leckeres thailändisches Essen. Man brauch keine Angst vor der Schärfe zuhaben, wir haben einfach den Kellner angesprochen und des Essen kann auch nicht scharf Oder auch leicht Scharf gemacht werden. Der Kellner wer sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, Getränke und Essen waren sehr schnell am Tisch. Die Atmosphäre im Lokal ist sehr angenehm und auch wenn es sehr voll ist nicht zu laut. Für Wein-Fans gibt es hier auch eine tolle Auswahl edler Tropfen.
