The room was very good and beautiful. We liked it so much, especially the round bed, the round bathtub and the projector. They even gave us a bunch of Chinese kumquat in the evening which was very nice and enjoyable.
- Breakfast was not good and not diversified.
- The room was in basement and we could not access to internet (by data).
- No elevator (which is reasonable) but no bellboy at all. We could not load our luggages upstair downstair and the all-female-receptionists must carried all that heavy luggages which we felt so sorry. Hotel managers should arrange some men to do this.

The room given is shown as in the attached photo, water leaking above our beds, all the room located at basement and it is super stuffy and hot during winter time, not worth the price we are paying, not recommended for future staying

Had a great time in Xuexiang thanks to great service from this hotel!
Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub!
Plenty of food options and small stalls around too.
The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it.
Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯

雪鄉很美，酒店也很不錯，在都是炕的雪鄉找到一家有床的真是不容易，哈哈～酒店工作人員特別熱情，來接我們，還送我們去遊客服務中心～小朋友拿着酒店借的雪橇度過了美好的時光～對了酒店一樓的飯館也很好吃，我們點了幾個菜味道都很好，還有鐵鍋燉串串香各種好吃的
