호텔 피스타치 덴 헤이그(Hotel Pistache Den Haag)

Small family of 3 - we stayed for two nights in Hotel Pistache in a ‘comfort suite’ which was ample size, our 9 yr old stayed on the sofa bed and we had some privacy. Great facilities (kitchenette, fridge, induction hob etc) spacious bathroom and very quiet ambience in the building and in the area. Located a five minute walk to some restaurants (great Italian nearby - La Lanterna I think, excellent Pizza served. When I pointed out the pizza oven to my boy, the pizza chef invited us in to see him make his pizza, a really nice gesture by him, he was a big Napoli fan so I congratulated him on their recent scuddetto triumph last season. (Salvatore was his name if I remember correctly). At least one supermarket nearby too, and a choice of buses and trams outside the door and across the street. Easy to find - we took the ＜10 minute bus ride from Den Haag Centraal (train station). Also very impressed with the service at the hotel. We left a Kindle reader behind in the room, only realising when we returned home. We contacted the hotel and they retrieved the kindle, packaged it up and sent it to us. Happily recommend staying here, we will stay here again upon our next visit.

Everything was perfect: location, comfort, cleanliness and communication with the hotel. The room was very well decorated and bright. The hotel is very well located between the city center and the beach. We were very well received and we will come back.

We had a lovely stay at Pistache. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out, the (remote) staff is very helpful and easy to contact and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We booked a comfort suite with 3 friends and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room we got. To be able to make our own small breakfast before going out in the morning was just that little extra that made our stay 5/5.

We stayed for a week in August to visit our daughter who goes to university in The Hague. Hotel Pistache has beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, and it's in a fantastic location with nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the bus and tram basically right outside the door that will take you anywhere you want to go. (I did not find the location to be loud with traffic or people noise.) There's also an Albert Heijn grocery store close by. I believe we were in a "Comfort Suite" and it was on the top (3rd) floor, so we had a lovely balcony too. [I don't believe there's an elevator, so that could be an issue for people with mobility issues.] The fans in the main room and bedroom were much appreciated. Our family could not have been happier with this stay, and would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Pistache hotel. It makes you feel at home. There is a little kitchen as well. You can cook a meal or just make a cup of coffee. It is still and quiet. The roomservice comes every day. The rooms ate clean. The hotel is nearby the city and you can walk to Scheveningen and the Hague. We can recomand the hotel

Stylish cosy quiet elegant perfectly organized. This is a dream of a place where you instantly feel home as a family couple of solo traveller. Warmly recommended to everyone! The little details are impressive, much appreciated the complimentary limitless tea and coffee

Huge room. Comfortable bed. Excellent and very large shower. Location is a bit out of centre but on the no 1 tram route. Very quiet but lack of an actual reception is a bit unusual for me. Might not be for others who prefer not to deal with somebody in person.

Pleasant flat hotel, in a good location with car parking in front of the hotel. Needs better lighting, especially in the bedroom (the ceiling light did not work) and the wardrobe is too small for a dress or coat.

The first time I stayed here was in Feb 2020 just before the COVID 19 global lockdown and I loved like which was why I decided to stay here again. Services are still the same; stress free check in and checkout totally digital. I had issues with my digital key on arrival but I was promptly let in after I buzzed. This is not your regular hotel, Face to face has been totally removed so no reception or human beings to ask questions and no restaurant. However the location of the hotel is amazing with great dinning options and grocery shops. For questions? Send a message on the App and someone will reply. I stay in room 3 so I had the entire basement to myself equipped with everything in needed and a big and stocked kitchen. There is an exit at the basement if you want to avoid taking the steep stairs. What should be considered though is having a least one bottled water available in the rooms for the first night for travelers who arrive late from far far away. Imagine my surprise when I arrived late at night in the pouring rain and no water to drink. Gosh!
